The room was great, good size, bathroom again great good size . To be honest I cannot fault the place apart from the fact it didn't seem to have a soul

Now this is totally my fault, with my total lack of French and their almost non existent English, they as I discovered later the food is all microwaved, it comes im glass jars, now don't get me wrong the quality was good for microwave stuff. Breakfast was a different thing, overall a typically French breakfast, but the bread, the type of roll you get with your soup, thats par baked, which is OK is, but not when it's not been baked either hot orvoong enough

We travelled with a group, who stayed overnight before heading off on our Canal boat trip. One of the staff members was extremely accommodating, allowing us to use the iron and also doing some washing for us. Thank you.

It was a wee bit disappointing, as one of our group had their room cancelled at 1.30pm on the afternoon of arrival, as her credit card had expired/altered. She was not contacted directly, and was left having to share a room with another couple, as the hotel was full! The owner was spoken too and assured us that this was a misunderstanding and the money that had been taken for the unit would be refunded, (odd that this could be done and yet her room was cancelled), - breakfast was also given free of charge. To date, emails have not been replied to and there has been no refund!

Large room and adequate continental breakfast. Close to the railway station.

No wifi. There was a strong signal but the receptionist didn't know the password and was not prepared to call the manager to find out what the password was. No sheets only a duvet that was too hot for a summer stay.
