The hotel itself is situated about five minutes walk away from the town centre, but it feels like it’s a million miles away from anywhere, it is so tranquil with the surrounding trees and river running past the hotel. It is simply a beautiful location. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of local fresh produce and the apartment was spacious with his self-catering kitchenette. The hotel does offer evening meals. The balcony doors were double glazed and had an electric shutter to really shut out the night. It was great to open the shutter in the morning to greet the view of the river and mountains. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and helped when we needed anything. I will definitely stay here again! Merci for a wonderful holiday!

It is not a big problem at all, a gap at the bottom of the apartment door, it let some light inside the room at night when guests activated the motion lights but we simply placed a small towel there to stop this.

Booked a stay in this hotel to go with my partner and our 2 dogs. Upon arrival, we all felt welcome. The studio was great value for money, providing all the necessary equipment for our stay. Besides, we had a room with view to the river and just listening to the sound of the water was relaxing and helped disconnecting from the routine. The breakfast was great, good selection of cheeses, pastries and nice cappuccinos. And the staff at the hotel was just incredibly warm and accommodating. I really hope to go back again soon!

noice insulation could have been better. some device (likely mobile phone dropped on the floor in the room upstairs) was buzzing periodically whole night. from very early morning guests walking/talking/moving things/etc in other rooms were clearly heard (and woke us up).

The hotel is fabulous. The staff are all really friendly and our dog is always made very welcome and loves meeting the other dogs there. We always stay here when we come to the area and it never disappoints. The studios are well equipped so we often eat on our balcony although there is also a nice restaurant. We needed to contact our bank following a problem and they kindly offered to let us use their phone and were very helpful. The location is perfect for walks in the Pyrenees and Amelie is a lovely little town for food and drinks as well.

I really liked the friendly staff and the fact that they provided a secure storage area for my bike. The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot along the popular cycling route, Pirinexus, which made it a very convenient place to stay

The layout of the building was a bit unusual, and it was easy to get confused while trying to find my room.

The room was really well equipped with all necessary to do a fast clocking, refrigerator and microwave included. Full bathroom and a big bed, we sleeper all on the bed 2 adults and 2 babies. Also your can go to the river xezt the the hotel, it's refreshing. Big parking. Full recommended if you are around the area.

The acces to go to the rooms of the third level is not accessible, too many doors and one of them is not accessible for wheelchair or baby car's.

We had a smaller double room with kitchenette which was great. We had a window overlooking the trees and mountains. Bed was comfortable Nice table and chairs.

Basically loved everything. The staff, the location, the sound of the river. We upgraded to a studio towards the river with a balcony and it was great and well equipped. And a goodie bag as a welcome gift to our little dog. This is a place we really want to come back to!

A bit tainted in certain areas but generally ok condition.

This place surprised us for all the right reasons. The location offers peace, quiet and lovely nature (and river). The rooms are simple and welcoming, well kept and clean. The staff is very helpful and kind. The breakfast was great and we highly recommend paying for it - it's worth it. We only stayed one night unfortunately but we would definitely stay again. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature, this is the place for you.

the location is perfect if you like a quiet spot but also not too far from the town centre. the river is beautiful and you can swim there when it’s warm enough . Dog friendly too and our dog enjoyed the water too . From the 3 floor balcony it a lovely view of the surrounding lower Pyrenees and not another house in sight ! spacious room and a comfortable king size bed in our apartment.

On arrival the place has a grand feel but to be honest the rooms aren’t at all , the apartment was spacious but had a very dated feel and the bathroom was basic . Breakfast was fine but expensive for what was provided .
