The staff were absolutely amazing,especially Antony! I needed a space to do a teams interview and I was immediately provided with a room to work from, ensuring I had a great wifi connection and no distraction for my interview. I also needed a taxi and couldn't speak French very well ,the receptionist lady rang several companies to aid me, I felt really well looked after there. The petit dejeuner was very tasty too with some cold meats and cheese, some fruits and granola along with teas and coffee. The room was a good size for a solo traveller and the bed was comfy.

The shower head didn't have a holder and there was no shower curtain around the bath meaning I soaked the floor anytime I went for a shower. This room certainly wouldn't be suitable for someone with reduced mobility as it was difficult to shower having to hold the shower head. Also there was no aircon in the room just a fan which was OK for the heat but still a little difficult to sleep at night.

Cute hotel located on a charming square in the center of historic Embrun. We had a top floor family suite for four, from where we had a lovely view of rooftops and mountains. The suite was well appointed and comfortable for our family of four. We appreciated that the hotel had provided an air conditioning unit for the suite, although it was not necessary to use during our stay. Just outside were many options for dining and shopping. A short walk from the hotel, you can enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.

Everything was great.

Room larger than it looked in the photos. Very comfortable, light and airy. Overlooked main square which was quiet. Lift access in renovated old building. Hostess lovely, helpful and friendly and went out of her way to satisfy. Secure bike storage in garage next door. Plenty of restaurants in town. Large flatscreen TV. Good air conditioning but we really didn't need it; there was cool air from the windows.

The bathroom had a very bad smell. The room was small with a view of just a wall, but the rooms overlooking the square would probably have a nice view. It seemed more two star than three. So that room I had seemed a bit expensive.

We stayed there overnight, booked a nearby garage, enjoyed wine and drinks in a very pleasant closeby Bar, had dinner in an excellent Vietnamese Restaurant. The bathroom was spaceous and well equipped with separate toilet. Everything very clean.

Checking in times are limited and you have to contact hotel within a certain time period if you do not arrive at specific time.

The helpfulness of Antony, at reception, was great, plus the situation of the hotel.

The partner restaurant was closed the two evenings that we stayed.

The hotel is very conveniently situated right on the main square of the old town. The staff (especially Isabelle!) was very warm and friendly. We also put to use the luggage repository, which was also very convenient. Room service is provided daily. Wifi connection (at least in our room) was strong and stable.

We only tried the hotel breakfast buffet once, but considered it not being worth the money. The central location of the hotel unfortunately can also mean some noisy nights due to the lively restaurants located nearby.

Nice staff for the hotel. Very helpful people in the reception, made everything easy and always smiling.

Just don’t go to the restaurant, the restaurant manager doesn’t like to have people in there.

Only one towel for 2 people, only 1 and a half toilet rolls. Had to ask for clean towels and another toilet paper roll
