Kristien was an excellent host she was there to greet us as we parked.I had contacted her via email with our eta during our drive down and she was very helpful making sure that our reservation in a nearby restaurant was confirmed. The building was exquisite there was a salon that could be used that was beautifully restored. A lovely breakfast area unfortunately the weather was poor so we could not have breakfast on the balcony .Breakfast was varied and fresh, the bread croissants fresh fruits were delicious.There was also yoghurts, cheese sliced meats and freshly cooked eggs boiled or scrambled.

It is an amazing place! We were sad we stayed only overnight, because we were heading to Provence. However, we will be returning. Kristien was fantastic, friendly, and very caring to our family. It felt like a home away from home with an unimaginable sense of peace, tranquility, and beauty. Parking was right on premise. Breakfast was perfect and prepared with lots of love. Thank you for the special coffee and cappuccinos! Everything was perfect!

I love everything!

A beautiful bolthole in the Burgundy countryside! The host was so friendly and accommodating which made our stay even better. The room was beautifully decorated and huge in size plus the breakfast was really fresh and tasty. The pool is also a great addition! There's a train station a 10min walk away so makes it super convenient for day trips if you want to do wine tasting vs. driving. We'd highly recommend Les Fables - a local restaurant about 5mins drive away, it was the best food we ate in France during our two weeks stay.

Nothing - it was perfect

Everything was toptop! Our nice stay started from observing the beautiful exterior of the house and the lush green territory around, which is very well maintained. Afterwards we were greeted by the owner who is truly kind, friendly, caring and accommodating! Thanks a lot for everything! The interior of the house and of the rooms is well designed, stylish. The rooms were spotlessly clean and newly renovated, everything was practically organized in the room, making it comfortable even for a longer stay. And of course you can’t skip breakfast: here you have the great variety of fresh ingredients, tasty coffees and teas! We recommend staying here and we will definitely come back

We stayed too short, would love to stay longer

Beautifully decorated in the most idyllic surroundings, this felt like home-from-home with all the comforts of home, but at the highest standard. It was the perfect end to our summer holiday, with lovely places to visit, wonderful local restaurants and excellent wine. We were made to feel so welcome, it felt like we were staying with friends. Can’t wait to return!

The property is renovated to a very high standard while keeping the historic features expected in this age of building. The grounds are very well maintained and the host had a fascinating knowledge of the buildings history. Together with this our host was very pleasant to talk with and gave us some good recommendations for our evening meal. Breakfast was excellent and nothing short of 5* luxury.

Very warm staff. The location is beautiful, the facilities are very modern and comfortable despite the visibly old original buildings. The gardens around the main house are very well kept. The breakfast was very good. The family suite is super spacious (we stayed there as a family of four).

There is no negative comment, other than the fact that the A/C in the suite was not very powerful, and some areas of the room could still be too warm at night.

We very appreciated nice building with great garden around. The Owner took care about us and she helped us with everything we needed. Really warm welcome from her. The atmosphere of the location is amazing and we really enjoyed it. If you are going to visit this location I can only recommend you to stay in this property :-)

Its not about the accomondation and what we did not like, just you have to learn the differences between cities and country side. Definitely you have to book a table if you want to go for lunch or dinner around and do not rely that you will find place where to eat immediately :-) And also to have in mind, that all the shops close latest at 7.30pm :-) When you know this all, you will love the location and local wines which you find everywhere around :-)

A beautiful property in a peaceful location in the Burgundy area, well renovated by the hostess Kristien, who was very friendly and attentive, always keen on providing us with everything we needed during our stay. We have chosen the Family Suite, which is very nicely decorated. The living room is spacious and cozy with a fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was exemplary. A place we can recommend.

From the moment we drove into the driveway, we could see this beautiful property ahead of us and my goodness, it didn't disappoint. Kristien was the most wonderful host, extremely personable and very easy to talk to. We were given a tour of the lounge area, breakfast room and the wine cellar. She gave us a free of charge upgrade to a bigger room and as I'd mentioned at the time of booking that my other half was a coeliac, she let him know that she'd arranged to have a gluten free baguette made especially for him ... massive plus. The building was incredible; a stunning property and the private parking area was superb. The room was amazing; beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed, a wonderful fully working shower and very spacious. We went to a restaurant just a few mins drive away (top one on list of places to eat) and had the most delicious meal. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. We were the only 2 in the place and Kristien had put on a full show of all items to enjoy. We had an amazing time here and we would definitely come back. Well done Kristien... you tick every single box 10/10 x
