Very good location, with parking. The system of check in and check out is really simple and precise. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The hotel was a very good place to stay for one night on our journey. The room is simple. Breakfast was really good.

Perfect for our one night stopover. Family room was perfect for our family of five (teenagers). Great breakfast

In average, good price. Convenient location, in between Frejus and Saint Raphael Free parking spot.

The entire place (reception, bedroom and bathroom) smelled of tabacco. It was clearly poorly cleaned and there were a lot of mosquitos. No frigobar and no coffee machine in the bedroom. Whenever someone took a shower, the entire bathroom got entirey wet. Low quality - especially for Ibis' standards.

I have never written a review online before as but this hotel was so poor I felt I needed to say something about it. Firstly the hotel only has part time reception staff and there was no one there when we arrived in the afternoon. This meant we had difficulties getting into the hotel as we had no idea and had been given no indication that you needed to use the machine near the entrance to book in digitally and were only able to get in when helped by a very friendly cleaner. Onto the room itself. Again, I am realistic and knew it was a budget hotel so wasn't expecting too much but what is provided doesn't even reach budget standard. We had booked for three people but our room has only 2 towels (both small). We had only 2 pillows between three of us and the double bed had no bedsheet. This did not change for the entire three days we were there. Our room was also not cleaned the entire three days we were there which meant the one very small bin provided was filled very quickly and we had to use carrier bags to put our rubbish in. On leaving the hotel I mentioned this to the reception staff and was told that you have to request to have your room cleaned. This is ludicrous (I have never had to do this and have stayed in budget hotels before) and also, there was no indication of this when we booked/checked in. They even provided a door-hanger that said please clean the room which we hung on the door every day. Why provide this if you still have to ask for the room to be cleaned. I really enjoyed Frejus and St Raphael (both lovely towns) but if I ever visit again I will give this hotel a swerve.

Absolute terrible place in a rough area when you turn up after a certain time you have to use the machine and if you have paid for the hotel already through booking.com or someone else they will charge you again to let you in and act like they have not received payment from who you paid from and when you try to get a refund will act like they have taken it as a deposit not for the price of the room and act like they don’t speak English when they can speak perfect English! The rooms smell as if something has died and you won’t get a wink of sleep due to how noisey the pipes are and the crack head staff that are outside I would rather stay in a prison cell!

Staff are rude can speak perfect English but when you need a refund or any help with something they don’t want to help with they will act like they can’t speak English and will speak French arrogant people and also all sit out of the front of the hotel drinking cans of beer and smoking and are all very strange/creepy/ con artists who can’t be bothered to work at reception so let the machine do all the work while they sit out the front off there but while there drug dealer pulls up in a black Mercedes to serve them there next bit

Initially thought it was a 'decent' stay for a one night stay however... it is an untrustworthy establishment.

Hidden charges and false accusations of stealing? We were charged an additional 40 euros after we left the property with no reason (we have made contact but have not recieved a response) We travelled with friends during this time too who also incurred an extra charge after leaving the property - they were accused of stealing 2 pillows ? and the remote control ?! What are they going to do with a remote control?
