Good location near the supermarket, cafes. Hotel provided underground parking for 15 euro per night.

Very simple unhealthy breakfast - no any fresh vegetables/fruit. The tap in the bathroom was broken, a lot of water were leaking on floor. There was only two towel for all body for two persons and one small shower foot towel. No fridge, no safe. The air conditioner all the time turned on by itself and we woke up from cold.

The accommodation has a rating that does not reflect the reality. it is actually way better (at least 8). very quiet rooms! Very clean in the rooms, metro across the street (not that far from Paris actually), decent price, real (not stupid “French” one) breakfast - with eggs, bacon, cheese (although repetitive and not so many options). Safe area.

Weird smell on the corridors. Same repetitive breakfast every single day (one could change the omelette with boiled eggs for example). in addition, although they advertise a price per room (129) they actually charged us more for last night (I would be curious why)…

Well connected to the city - metro station is across the street. Breakfast option - good to have. Room service was good - removing trash, making beds every day, changing towels at the half of the stay. Good value for money - especially when compared to other Paris hotels.

Cleaniless - it could and should be cleaner - overall it was clean (toilet, floor ok), but walls and window curtains were dirty. Missing home slippers for the room. It would be useful to have more space to unpack the bag and put clothes (some kind of wardrobe).

The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was the perfect temperature. There's a place to put luggage and hang up clothes. This is a compact room, so no extra wasted space. Doable for 1 or 2 people for sure. There's a TV, towels, and soap in the bathroom. The hotel staff were very accommodating and polite each time I had contact. There's vending machines that have snacks, drinks, and toiletries in the lobby. And the hotel is right across the street from Metro 13. (It takes you into the heart of Paris in less than 30 minutes.) McDonalds is a short walk from the hotel. This hotel was a great value and perfect for a stay outside of the very expensive zones of Paris. The service and room here far exceeded my expectations and was a lot better than more expensive places in the center of Paris. I highly recommend it and will definitely return when in Paris.

Very well connected with metro, although metro sometimes get very crowded. Soundproof windows and air conditioning working. Price was good for a breakfast included. Area has nothing to see but you still have an OK supermarket, McDonalds, Boulangerie, pharmacy etc.. around for quick shopping.

No communication with clients regarding looting and serious incidents outside during riots. Hotel personnel seems unmotivated and sad. Breakfast is simple and OK for the price, I like the concept with not really big fuzz or a-la-carte style but should be a bit better managed (refills, cleaning tables etc.).

I liked that it was exactly near the subway and that I could get to Paris fast. Also I liked the room, very clean and confortable

I was sent a link on booking on their chat with a link that was a virus and stole money from my phone. I told the receptionist and she told me to write an email to them and no one responded…. That is not ok. The bank eventually gave me my money back but the hotel ignored this problem.

The hotel was quiet. The rooms were clean and well kept, the breakfast buffet had a good amount of options to choose from. And the metro line 13 is a very convenient line, it takes you to the city centre and there are connections to almost all other metro lines.

Although the breakfast buffet had a lot of options ot was tiny, it happened that some of the options were missing and the staff could have checked whats missing and brought food out more often.

Hotel was very good and the staff was friendly. the room was clean nothing to say about it comfortable beds. i Reserved a parking and it was very good and more safety. unfortunately i can't say about Breakfast because i have to live early morning. Totally it's a good place with safety and comfort. i like it

Nothing to say everything's are very good and nice place to Relax well, without any disterberns. wort for the money.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was good so far..Though the room is quite small and not that complete amenities..well just enough for the price i think...we like the staff very accommodating and courteous😊🥰Very accessible coz the train station is only a walking distance.I would say that i can recommend this hotel for those practical traveller👍😊

Quiet place, close to metro station and bus stop. Nothing big to expect, good place, medium size room, soft pillows and kind stuff. Eco friendy and water save place. but

Small shower cabin without door, so we had to use at least one towel to remove water from the floor. There was no hair dryer in our room, but I suppose you can ask for it at the reception. No toiletries, unfortinately, except hand soap.
