wWe were warmly welcomed and the receptionist booked us a table for dinner. The room was functional, the bed comfy and the bathroom was modern and spotless. We ate dinner and it was delicious! Would 100% recommend eating here. Room had a ceiling fan so the heat did not bother us. We left early so we’re supplied a very nice breakfast tray.

Breakfast started at 7.30 which I find a bit late for one night stop overs but we were offered a tray in our room which was lovely

The staff were very helpful, the hotel location very good, my Aunt’s Maison de la Retraite was nearby and we enjoyed our dinners and breakfasts at the hotel.

How can a hotel not have a nightly staff at the location. Still in shock. We are left alone all night every night. Whom should I call if there is an emergency. Seriously?

thé place needs redecorating and probably not the most comfortable hotel ever but I just loved it. it is homely, very friendly, I enjoyed the restaurant. I would recommend the hotel.

Our experience at Lois Hotelles Les Voyageurs Tournon d'Agenais was a great disappointment. On Arrival in the car-park, it was immediately apparent that No Attention was paid to the exterior. Contrary to LOGIS Corporate Promise. Apart from the enormous volume of autumn leaves, the furniture at the hotel entrance was dirty and in disarray, the ashtrays were overflowing with all of the summer's cigarette stubs. on entering the reception area, the odour of stale food was overwhelming. There was a stale Entrees Buffet in the Reception Area at the Restaurant Entrance. The manageress appeared and began to book us in. She apologized that the restaurant would be closed for the weekend, even though I had checked the previous evening that my Restaurant Reservation was Confirmed, as my wife had injured her foot and was unable to walk. The manageress offered to make a plate for Room Service but we declined having seen the state of the Entrees Buffet.The Manageress was very pleasant and directed us to our room.The stairs and corridors were in need of va vacuum cleaner and a duster and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in some places. The room, No.8 was the same, the rugs and floor had not been cleaned. The bed had no valance so that the divan was visible below the duvet. The Headboard of the bed had broken away from the wall and was covered in dust and hair. and behind the headboard had NEVER BEEN CLEANED. The Vinyl floor covering had been badly laid so that there were large rolls of excess vinyl like Dos d'Anes across the floor , making walking very dangerous, especially at night. The power cables of the TV, Electric Kettle and Table Lamp (which was broken) were all in one outlet which does not conform to National Standards.There was a notice boasting of the New Shower Room, which was pristine, but dampness from the shower tray was seeping back into the bedroom, causing an unsightly brown line on the wall.
