The hotel is very conveniently located close to the motorway exit, but on a tranquil no through road alongside a peaceful lakeside park. Perfect. No through traffic. Lovely lakeside walks directly across from the hotel. Two minutes away across the motorway is a large Carrefour supermarket and mall, with convenient, competitatively priced petrol facilities. A perfect stopover location. The scenery around and about Issoire is breathtakingly beautiful. The landscapes driving south on the motorway are spectacular. My room was comfortable, with blackout blinds and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was fairly bland but perfectly adequate.

As a motorway stopover hotel, a kettle and tea making facilities in the room would have been appreciated. There were machines in the foyer, but options in the comfort of your own room would have been better.

We liked all of it, mostly the cleanliness, breakfast was good, but don't go down for breakfast too late as there's not much left! Staff were lovely, we stayed on our way to Perpignan from Dieppe and stopped for another stay on return trip! Will make that our regular stop off. Parking is free and secure! It's also near to Restaurants & Shopping Centre and a cheaper fill up with fuel!

Only there wasn't any croissants or bread left! No Yogurts?

we have two dogs and this is a dog friendly hotel. I can honestly say the room was immaculate and exceptionally clean. staff were helpful and friendly and a great location to walk our dogs around the lake. We have visited before but never been able to get a room in the summer months! we will be booking for this summer it's perfect for the drive down from the U.K. - mid-way.

Reception staff were extremely helpful, even managed to lend us an ice pack to help keep our cool box cold for the night. We have stayed here three times and each time it has been extremely good - all staff have been super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend, great for staying with your furry friends.

Nothing caused us any problems

Room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. We had our dog with us and as requested we were given a ground floor room. The hotel is conveniently located just off the motorway and there is a lovely lake nearby for dog walks. The hotel also offered free parking in a secure car park. Definitely a good stop off on the way to Spain.

Very clean good size bedroom. Large, comfy bed. Very clean bathroom with good facilities. Easy parking. Just off autoroute. Breakfast good. Very pleasant park with large lake opposite hotel for evening stroll.

Option of evening meal would have been nice but not expected. Buffalo grill next door disappointing but not hotels fault.

Good place to make a stop on a long road. There is a restaurant near it to have supper, and breakfast starting from 6am is very convenient.

Unfortunately, Wi-Fi didn't happen to work just when we stayed, but - as far as the manager explained - they weren't able to fix it quickly because of Sunday.

More expensive but a cut above the other one-night-stay autoroute hotels. Rooms better appointed. Front desk kindly arranged safe store for my touring bike. Decent value for money breakfast.

Check in time - 15:00 - could be earlier. Similar hotels allow a 14:00 check in.

Excellent staff member, spotless rooms, recently updated to a high spec. Plenty of space around hotel, large park and stadium. We came early and he kindly let us in to rest after long car journey.

Arrived early and sent away … came back a while later, car park half full an other customers has need checked in. No kettle in room, would make a difference to rating.
