The staff was really friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood looks safe and there’s a lot of restaurants, shops and bar around. Not too busy tho. I’d definitely come back and tell others about this place.

We stayed for 5 days and no one cleaned the room. Maximum they did was take out the bin from the bathroom, but didn’t touch the one in the kitchen (which was full). The only “problem” we had was that on the last day, the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door because they wanted to clean the room, even entered without barely knocking and we were still sleeping. They basically wanted to expel us around 11 (the check out was at 12:00), because they wanted to clean the room.

Tulip Residences is a hotel, which truly cares about you. After a long journey to Paris we were exhausted and didn’t want to look for a place to eat but Tulips had our back. We just needed to scrap up some of the residual food waste that was lying on the floor room to cook an amazing meal. To top it all off, they even provided us with some free hygiene products in the form of used Q-tips from the previous guest, which were also lying on the floor. Now that’s true customer service. In addition, Tulips really cares about the environment as they won’t clean the room for the entirety of your stay. I never felt so comfortable staying in a dirty room. 10/10 would visit again!

The location is perfect for a base to travel into Paris ( 15 minutes from Joinville le Point to Les Halles by RER line A) and also parc Astérix and Disneyland Paris. The studio is well appointed and had all we needed for a 3 day stay, the staff were lovely and friendly and breakfast is great for €14 euros, hot and cold choices and constantly refreshed.

The smell from the blocked drains in the garage was awful and the day we left it flooded so was almost unbearable. The smell came up the lift shaft. Also charged €10 euros for the pleasure of this per day.

It was a clean room, not too small, not too big. Daily cleaning was given. Kitchen was available in the room. Amenities and towels were okay. Private parking was available. Laundry room was also there which was awesome. There was a supermarket just behind the hotel.

Shower was leaking but it wasn't a big deal. Location was not central but the price was good enough for us. Utensils in the kitchen was not very clean though, we got to wash them ourselves first before using.

The hotel itself is very good. It has all amenities, its comfortable and clean and the staff is excellent.

I would say that its main disadvantage is that if you don't have a car, it is very difficult to reach the center of the city. I was visiting Paris with my family and wanted to see the famous sights of the city, however, reaching the center required 16 minute walking to the nearing train station (RER A) where trains arrive infrequently. Then, travel for 30 minutes to the city and then get a metro to reach whatever destination you want. Overall we needed every day more than an hour to reach the centre and another hour to come back which was extremely cumbersome if you have children and really took the flexibility away from our vacation.

Elegant, clean and cosy room. We had a kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, washbasin, glasses, plates, bowls etd and we had our dinners in the room. So the kitchenette was very equipped. Every day we had room service and the towels were changed and the trash taken. Evem if is not in center of Paris, the location is very accesible. We used bus and rer to go to main attractions from paris. The bus station is very close to the hotel. Like 1-2 minutes. We used google maps to get informations about public transport and all the information were there. You don’t need a car. The traffic is heavy. Public transport in Paris is very very developted. Buses have their line and rers or metros are underground. I definetly recommend this hotel. Oh and the personal is very kind and receptive and the reception is open 24/7. There is access at the gym also. P.S. On saturdays there is a market starting in front of the hotel and this market has a lot of variety. (like in picture)

A little wind was coming from the window. I think in the winter this can be a problem.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the first room and they changed it ASAP. The coffee/restaurant that was with the hotel was extremely nice, tasty and at a fair price.

Sadly, the rooms weren't very clean. The noise isolation isn't very good(could be a deal breaker for some people)

Nice room we had voor 4 persons. Clean bed and one sofabed. Good location and quiet room on 4th level. We got extra pillows as we requested. Also coffee machine and water heater for tea and refrigerator was in the room so we could keep drinks cold. Also the hotel had nice breakfast with variety of foods

Parking was very small under the hotel and the signs to the parking were difficult to find.

Really liked the space and having own kitchen . Also was able to sleep our family of three with baby travel cot provided. Lovely place to stay , and disney was good to access through the tube. Staff were lovely and friendly and really looked after us. Lady on desk was exceptiona so helpful. Love the lemon and mint water too..

Just needed tea coffee and milk as have only one lot when get there be nice to have had this provided during our stay . Although they did give some milk when asked .
