Everything! The concierge team got amazing recommendations and helped us booking all our dinners, Maëlys understood our needs and together withe the rest of the staff made our stay great! Breakfast Everything you could need for a well balanced breakfast, fresh pastry and warm plates as well. Staff kind and mindful. Spa Relaxing, clean and comfortable! We got a few products from Nuxe recommended by the staff member at the spa reception.

If we had to say something, might be the shower orientation, was difficult to comfortably fit in.

Lovely modern finish. Service was great and all staff members were friendly and helpful. I loved having the ski shop in the hotel and the fact that they organised ski passes for us- made it so easy! Was also lovely that they helped make dinner reservations for us prior to us coming. Helped us with ordering a taxi last minute as well when ours cancelled on us.

Whilst it was lovely to have a spa, having a hot tub rather than some of the other features would have been preferable. When we checked out there was nowhere we were able to change so meant having to reorganise out suitcase in the middle of the reception area which was a bit awkward.

The St-Alban Hotel and Spa is a very charming hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. Our room was extremely spacious and quiet with a nice view onto the mountains. The room was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but has a lovely art deco styled bar that serves a fabulous breakfast, delicious complimentary afternoon tea and a great selection of cocktails and bar snacks in the evening. There is a great choice of restaurants in La Clusaz, and the hotel staff are happy to assist with any dinner reservations that may be required. There is a ski shop attached to the hotel which is very convenient if you need to hire any equipment, or if you just need to store your own equipment as well. The hotel spa is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day on the slopes, and there are some great treatments on offer and a superb relaxation room for some quiet time. The hotel has a shuttle bus that can take guests into the village, but there is also a village ski bus that stops outside the hotel and runs frequently stopping in the village and at all the main ski lifts which was very handy. At the end of our stay the hotel staff kindly dropped us off in the shuttle bus at the bus station to continue our holiday in Lake Annecy. I highly recommend the St-Alban Hotel and Spa the staff were all so helpful and friendly and we will definitely be back for a another visit in the future.

Everything was great at this hotel, can't fault it at all.

The staff was friendly and professional, the facilities are really great and we could enjoy some time at the spa. The room is nicely decorated. We also loved the idea of the afternoon snack offered at the restaurant. It’s a nice differentiating touch.

Unfortunately we stayed during the heat wave and the rooms don’t have AC so it wasn’t ideal to sleep but any other day during the year it wouldn’t have been an issue.

The location was perfect, very close to the little village with all the activities. The room was cosy and clean and cleaned well every day. We had to leave early one morning and they prepared us little boxes of pastries and fruits. Great breakfast too!

Everything was great! The pool is quite deep on any level which means you can’t really relax in it and a bit unsafe for children.

Everything x The welcome was fantastic, the staff extremely friendly & always smiling & very polite. The rooms clean , tidy & had everything you need for a holiday. The towels & robes so soft . The location was super. Nothing was too much . All emails & corresponded with the hotel were very clear & professional. 10/10 x

Breakfast, was not hot enough & a little slow , but this is only a small improvement needed .

Breakfast was great - lots of options. Staff were welcoming and helpful (they arranged all our evening meals at local restaurants and allowed a late checkout as we were leaving mid-afternoon). Reasonable location - five minutes walk to the lift and town centre, within easy reach of lots of restaurants. Ski hire in the hotel basement was great.

No issues. Would use the hotel again if staying in La Clusaz.

The staff were outstanding. I was a real pain and had lots of queries for various reasons. Three / four members of staff could not have done more to help. So impressive and very grateful. Liked the room - particularly the casual space with tv. V well located. Just really good.

Breakfast service was a bit frantic. But churlish to criticise. It was a v good stay.

loved how rustic it was, very clean and comfortable and warm. staff very accommodating and friendly lovely to see. breakfast and the complimentary lunch was very nice and rooms decorated nicely.

there was nothing really we didn’t like. it was beautiful as explained above. maybe the hotel shuttle could be for longer during the day. maybe 8-12 as it may not be used that much but good to have available. or perhaps 9-11 to drop to the slopes and 3-5 for collection. the skis are very heavy to be carrying around.

Location, breakfast area/and menu, staff (all excellent and very helpful). Water fountain and recyclable cups (very good idea). Sweets was a nice touch too!

Parking! €18 per day is too expensive. Maybe have a policy that underground parking only available for stays of 2 nights minimum and consider charging €10 per day
