I liked everything - the room has more than enough space, it is in a modern style, there is a tablet with specially designed app to answer most of the questions (restaurants nearby, wifi credentials and etc). Breakfast was more than enough. There was free WiFi, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

There is quite limited options for traveling - either via your own car or very expensive cab. There are only 2 buses going around but it takes quite some time if you want to travel with them. There is no restaurant as part of the hotel - you can take only breakfast and in the area there is only one restaurant (closer than 2.5km) In my room the phone carrier did not had good signal

Great location in close proximity to Nice, St. Paul de Vence and other places of the Cote Azur. We had the suite with private patio, which was an excellent size for 2 adults and 1 teenager, providing enough space and privacy. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed, blackout curtains, no outside noise. Lovely design and decoration throughout the property. The breakfast was excellent and more than sufficient. The property is super well maintained and features lovely Zen touches throughout, views are impeccable. We did not use the pool, but it is very inviting for the summer. We would stay here again when returning to the area.

We loved everything about this family run small hotel! Especially the hosts! They tried so hard to please everyone, and there were so many extra comforts-- such as the waste basket that you just waved your hand over and it opened and closed! The swimming pool was divine, the breakfasts are good, the air conditioning was appreciated; great shower; great room!

Nothing could be better!

Nice modern rooms. separate bath and toilet. pool was nice and clean. we were always the only ones there. staff was really friendly and super helpful. wifi worked perfect and in all areas.

rooms are pretty small. we had lots of luggage as we were on a long trip. got a bit crowded. breakfast could have been a little more variety and ja not included in the price, little over priced for what it was. location is ok, but need car to drive everywhere. the area is not made for pedestrians, no sidewalks etc.

Alex the manager is super friendly and helpful. We traveled with a 10 month old baby and whenever we needed something sterilising, heating etc Alex was always there offering to help. Pool was lovely with amazing panoramic views of the Nice countryside. Le Romarin restaurant 500m down the road was truly excellent too.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It s the perfect option if you want to visit Cote D azur. The room was very clean and well equiped. The pool area and the jacuzzi was just exceptional.. the perfect way to end a busy day... Thank you, Bianca and Alex!

Clean, modern, updated, mountain views. Location. Not too far from the city and not too far from the beautiful scenery. Gorgeous location, make a right to the city, make a left to the mountains.

The pillows were too soft for my personal liking. .

The room was spacious and well equipped. The pool area was amazing, the entire outdoor area had a zen-like feel. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The owners are a delightful couple, who look after guests brilliantly in this lovely hotel with a charming view, well-equipped and efficient rooms, excellent breakfasts (well worth the additional cost), easy on-site parking, and there's a good-sized pool, a Jacuzzi, and even a table-tennis and a pool table.

Parking is very easily accessible, but just a bit tight so you need to manœuvre to exit your space.
