Hier is de aangepaste review: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at De Stee with Uli and Jean-Baptiste. We originally booked six nights, but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay by an extra day. The room was stunning, and the surroundings were breathtaking. Uli was incredibly helpful and always easy to reach. Whatever you asked for, she made it happen. She was extremely flexible, allowing us to use the kitchen and always offering her assistance. Staying here truly felt like coming home – it felt like having your own house, thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Uli and Jean-Baptiste. We will definitely return and look forward to visiting again. We’ve also gained a beautiful friendship from this experience.

Gorgeous renovated property with spacious rooms and elegant design. Bed was big and had crisp white linens; bathroom was impeccable. Breakfast was a nice mix of granola, local honey, boiled eggs and several cheeses along with toast bread and fresh orange juice and coffee. Oli the host was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

A car may be necessary to enjoy your stay, as restaurants and grocery shops are several kilometers away. We came to take advantage of pretty grounds and a swimming pool, but it was dreary and rainy in early August. Instead, Oli had good ideas for where to explore in the region.

This is the ideal place to take a break in nature, close to the city of Paris (30 km). The beautiful immense garden has a small forest with some massive trees, a small river running through it, a beautiful pond with 2 swans, a meadow with some horses, a heated swimming pool with comfortable resting seats. A walk around this park/garden will take you at least 10 minutes. It is stunning. The house itself is in a beautiful condition, with beautiful typical bedrooms, nice bathrooms with superb showers. The breakfast is served with bio products and tasty bread. In this guesthouse you can ask for a nice dinner, but you can also do your own cooking, use the fridge for your own drinks or extra’s for breakfast and snacks. The kitchen is a free place. There is no noise from Charles De Gaulle airport at 15 km, and a train station at Survilliers about 5 km can take you straight to PARIS CENTRE in 35 minutes. There is a train every 30 minutes. Close to Chantilly and other interesting places, you could make nice walks in nature. For mountain biking this is the place to be. You could bike whole day on dirt track roads. We had a fantastic stay for 5 nights.

Beautiful estate, very clean and well maintained. Nice swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to CDG airport - perfect as the first/last stop of a trip to France.

No food options available in the afternoon/evening. No elevator, so limited accessibility due to stairs and it takes some effort to bring all luggage up.

Good breakfast, everything there. Fresh fruit, egg, freshly made orange juice, croissants, bread, cheese, marmelade, coffee, tea, etc. So nice and good breakfast. And the view on the garden is magnificent.

The host is very welcoming and extremely helpful.  I was in a really difficult situation with a canceled flight. I needed somewhere to stay very late at night as well as someone to order a cab in the morning, and she took care of all of it with a smile.

Very clean, beautifully presented 17th century mansion. Our bedroom was very big and overlooked the lake.the host Ulli is very helpful.

The breakfast was very limited.

The whole experience was beautiful and rich with French culture (architecture, landscape, village, experience).

Room quality was superior. Easily would have paid triple the price for a hotel which provides same space and quality.

Peaceful, beautiful property. Nice pool and tennis. You can also use Uber Eats to get food from other cities.

I wish I'd had more time there.
