EVERYTHING! Perfect beyond expectations. The Breakfast was an experience that I will never forget. There was a plethora of local specialties and all from farms and small producers! Such great care in the abundance variety and especially quality! From the teas selection to the jams and cheeses and so on! Plus the friendly staff would constantly replenish the supply. For example the orange juice was freshly squeezed and she would renew it all the time! Also the room was warm and the aircond was free ti be regulated which is a privilege these days in hotels! The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a log! Great place even if not in Le Puy technically it is only 5 minutes by car to the city center, plus there is a pub close by and a burger King 😀

Friendly staff and secure under cover parking for our motorcycle.

The evening meal has to be pre booked and is provided by an outside caterer and reheated at the hotel. A rather strange combination of beef,pasta and what appeared to be roasted new potatoes which when first presented was not hot. A further spell in the oven (thats what we were told was the method of warming) proved to be only partially successful and led to neither meal being finished. Desert was good. The number of guests sitting in the garden while we were the only ones eating plus the fact only one other table had been set should have been a clue. Nice hotel spoilt by indifferent catering.

Great welcome from friendly and happy receptionist/manager. I had booked the wrong date by mistake and this was changed with no fuss or penalty, which was kind as my mistake meant I had booked a room but did not turn up until a day later. No attempt was made to charge for the missed night. It was not at a busy time and the hotel was not full, so, little loss to them, but it shows a good attitude to not try to take advantage of an error.

The location, far from the City centre in a sort of trading estate. Fine if you are passing through but not if you want to explore Le Puy on foot. However, the parking was easy and one could have used the car to go to the centre and come back feeling sure you could park outside your hotel.

Small well-run hotel with nice touches like a puzzle to complete in the main area, local newspaper, recommendations for restaurants, breakfast buffet with local products etc... Beds are comfortable with good linens with the freshly laundered smell, windows that can be opened Good lighting for reading and tasteful decoration Parking is secured Staff is friendly and smiling

Our room was spacious and clean, bed was large and comfortable. Shower was spacious and worked well. Staff were very good and helpful. Good breakfast. Good secure free parking. Its about a 25 minute walk into Le Puy, make sure you follow the cycle path some 200m from the hotel

Large clean room with good shower, kettle and tea/coffee in room, plenty of secure parking, relaxing garden with deck chairs, generous breakfasts, and pleasant staff.

Hotel is located in a commercial area so town centre is a 30/40 minute walk away - not a big issue as the hotel offers a set menu dinner every night.

Very good value at this price. Clean, spacious room, comfy beds.

The woman in the room above us walking around in high heels. Hardly the hotel's fault, and thankfully she went to bed early.

Very comfortable beds and super friendly staff. It had everything we needed for a one-night stay.

It was a bit isolated, although we should have learnt this from looking at the map. Nevertheless, it was a good experience

Good value to money. For 46 euros you cannot really pretend more. The place is not in the city center so you'll need a car to get there. The room is big and the bathroom very clean. They offer also free parking lot so I do reccomend this hotel if you are just passing by like me for a few nights.

The only thing I can suggest if to check the mechanism for the automatice aperture of the gate, it was not working when we came back in the night, so I had to open it manually- Not a big issue of course, but just as a suggestion to the hotel management.
