The hotel was excellent: very nice staff, room as expected, all clean, the breakfast and dinner were fantastic (every day a wide variety of very good fresh food), optimal location to the center and to ski lifts, "navette" taxi available to bring/pick you up to/from the slopes, great wellness facilities (indoor swimming pool with warm water, jaccuzzi, sauna, steam bath). This all for a very affordable price!

Some facilities look a bit outdated and might require some refreshment, as well in the rooms, in the bar, in the wellness, ... But nothing to really complain about. More an observation/recommendation.

We stayed for 9 nights and we was so satisfied. Receptionist girls were so helpful and really nice . Restaurant staff were friendly. Huge thanks to chef!!! The food was so delicious. We had half board and really recommend to choose this option. Everyday for dinner different kind of food. Nice spa area where you can chill after skiing. Also hotel has transfer to ski lift which is really good and easy, just make a call and they pick you up where you are.

Hotel is a bit old , but amazing staff, beautiful location, breathtaking view and delicious food let you enjoy for 100%.

- Breakfast and dinner are delicious! - All of them are buffet are totally quick! - Swimming pool and spa are very nice. - Bedroom looks well comfortable. - Ski lift is only 10 minutes walk to Le Diable chairlift All staffs are friendly.

Bedroom needs new bulbs as the lamp is not working. In Spa room, the sauna was out of order and cannot use it (but my friends went in steam room and hot tub, which is good) and also swimming pool was a bit cold - need to warm the pool up

The staff were very courteous and friendly and the spa facilities were just perfect after a day on the slopes. The hotel had a classic skiing holiday decor, very unique in its way but wouldn’t have wanted it to be any different. The hotel provide a shuttle service back and forth to the 2 ski lifts which made everything so much easier, specially wanting to get back asap at the end of the afternoon to have a swim and a sauna. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Breakfirst and dinner buffet is very good. The hotel provide shuttle to the main ski lift and pick you back after the day. There a quite a lot entertainment facilities in the hotel. Tea and coffe are free.

The shower is quite old and fixed on the wall. Not convienent for the parent to clean their kid. There is no ski locker only shelf in the ski room. Always become a mass in the morning and afternoon before and after ski.

There was a variety of food at each meal time. Good selection, delicious and plentiful even the desserts.

Can’t really fault much but some of the lights switches in the room were temperamental. There was glitter and children’s stickers on the steps in the room. Looked to have been left by a previous family. The cleaning was very good but could have been a bit more thorough in areas.

Free private shuttle takes you around the resort! Really helpful and adds value for money! Amazing staff - Especially Holly, Philip and Alex are all amazing and really nice and helpful. Cannot fault their service. Food was amazing everyday. Room was cleaned and serviced exceptionally everyday.

Spa facilities need a bit of a refresh. (Some black spots growing on the walls and furniture from dampness) I prefer a kettle in the room with facilities to make tea. or a phone so I can call for one. There’s no signs on the food so sometimes if we weren’t sure what it was we would try it and possibly waste it. So to avoid wastage the food should be labelled. Also helpful for people with allergies. etc.

The staff were outstanding, so welcoming, friendly, and nothing was too much. The food was brilliant and the size of the hotel seemed perfect.

I would say the distance to the slopes but the transfer completely negates that and they go over and above to ensure this isn’t an issue.

room was in need of slight maintenance(toilet flush, shower screen leaked) but apart from this was okay

We know this is in a snow area, but the parking is basically at the end of a pretty steep downhill drive….snow chains are a must, and I can imagine there’s been a few prangs over the years! 🧊
