The staff were extremely helpful, and I was particularly impressed with Matthew's command of the English language

The hotel is tantalisingly close at one stage: from the centre of town, you reach a roundabout from which the hotel is clearly visible. But then you have to drive about half a kilometre down a dual carriageway, round another roundabout, and back again before finally reaching your destination.

The young man on the desk when we arrived was really helpful (sorry I didn't note the name), offering the choice to speak either English or French which made life easier for me. The room was clean and as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this type. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent value, well cooked and presented. Staff in the restaurant were really pleasant and efficient. All in all a very positive experience which I would recommend.

Nothing really not to like, location was in a commercial district of the town but this is where these hotels tend to be

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met, including a shuttle from the train station to the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the quiet of the surroundings made it ideal. I would recommend the Kyriad Lisieux to anyone who visits this town.

The room was immaculate, with modern fittings, and the bed very comfortable. The bistro served excellent dinner and breakfast, with staff who appeared very professional. Having 4 electric car charge points in the car park was a distinct benefit.

Clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet given that it is just off a main road. Would definitely go there again. Excellent value for money

Is on one side of a dual carriageway with an odd little turning to get into driveway. Because of direction we approached our sat nav took us round an industrial estate and it took us 3 passes to work out just where the entrance was. Once we knew it was fine, but was a bit tricky.

Staff, cleanlines, food, location. In particular the staff were welcoming, kind, helpful and engaging. Whilst all staff in every aspect of the service were excellent in every way, we would like to mention Matthias and Julien as being most professional.

Very good receptionist greeted us .We needed an electric charge for our ionic 5 urgently having found we had issues with Calvados local electric car chargers .We were able to charge up ,have a bistro meal and breakfast all arranged very fast and efficiently Room though small ,had everything we needed ,fridge,comfortable bed ,nice bathroom

We have stayed here now on four occasions, I think for 16 nights in total, and everything meets our expectations. This is achieved by the staff meeting the standards which are set high.

Food is very good value and a good choice is laid before you on the menu (also in English to help those not quite ok with French). Some very good wines are also available.

Staff were really interested in helping us visit the town. The food was extremely good and served by a very nice lady.

Finding you was a tiny bit of a problem but what a delightful team and atmosphere - all worth it.

An hotel that has established itself and has continued to build upon its popularity. It strives to meet clients needs and is very well managed at all levels. It was a pleasure to return and meet familiar people, the same comfort, and the choice of menu was far greater than that experienced this year elsewhere here on our trips, from Buffet to A la Carte. Some very nice wines and a Whisky that hails from Normandy. Well worth the exposure. I can only foresee continued attendance to their practices, as the team are committed in delivering its chosen ethos.

Cannot comment on any aspect, it met our expectations. We always run out of time in our wanderings. A stay that was a few days longer in duration would be most agreeable. But absence makes the heart grow fonder. trusting that me meet up again to continue our wayfaring pursuits.
