Relatively easy to find, slightly on the edge of the centre, but friendly staff, clean and functional spaces. Bathroom modern, breakfast the usual and it was good to have parking on site. A good restaurant adjacent to/part of the property. There seemed to be lots of regional information available for guests.

Bedroom a little tight and the lighting extremely dim. Bathroom lighting was great though. I had nominated to leave at 10am and when we were up earlier and wanting to leave found our car boxed in and had to wait for other guests to leave. It’s strange they can’t move the cars to enable guests to have some flexibility as we needed to leave the car key with reception. Not sure what the purpose of that is.

Room was very comfortable and parking was provided as we had requested and booked. Welcome was very friendly and we were able to leave the car until check-out time so that we could visit the town market

Breakfast was a little on the chaotic side. The quality of the food was very good but there were too few people helping with the serving (which we find to be a common feature in many hotels these days) and while we were at breakfast at a good moment, the discomfiture of others was noticeable.

Very good hotel in centre of Macon. We used it as a one night stopover when heading back from South of France and it was a comfortable, quiet hotel with good facilities and (payable) on-site parking. The gentleman on reception was excellent, very efficient check-in and sorting parking, equally the lady looking after the breakfast room did a great job in keeping tables cleaned and available. The Brasserie next door was lovely and the skybar at Hotel Panorama is well worth a visit.

I'm not keen on glass doors on bathrooms, especially ones that slide and don't seal, it would also be nice to have a kettle and coffee in the room.

car parking was awful, we had to pay for it when there wasn't even a space, we were packed in behind another vehicle and accross from us were more that wouldn't have been able to get out easily without hitting ours so we cut breakfast short and hurridly so we could get out. Shouldn't be charging if there isn't an actual space

It was in an excellent location, a short walk from the central station, or a bus stop for the TGV station. The old town centre and the river are within easy walking distance. Nicely refurbished with modern bedrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The staff at the desk especially were very helpful.

Nicely located at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Very nice personnel at the reception, ready for all our questions and providing advice to explore the neighbourhood. Tasteful breakfast. The room was spacious and clean.

We reserved a parking spot upfront. So we had no issues parking. But parking space is limited, make sure to reserve a spot.

we were bike touring: there was very secure lockable out of weather location for our bikes, the breakfast was terrific, Agnes was outstandingly wonderful before we arrived, during and following our stay( phone calls f/u). breakfasts were great!!! we loved our stay!!! Thanks. ONE Suggestion, please!!! please put 2 water bottles in the room!!! Pay more attention to housekeeping : I was omitted one of my days!!! not good!!

the rooms were small but very clean.

The hotel was right in the centre of town. A lovely old building with a central yard. There is a large door which opens to allow guests to park. We would have parked here if staff would have made it clear.

We ended up parking and paying in a nearby public car park because staff didn't make it clear we could park in the hotel yard. Our room was at the back of the yard. It was dark and could be challenging for older or disabled guests.

We have stayed here 3 times now whilst on route to the south of France, book parking as it doesn’t have many spaces but it is very secure and cheap parking if you book it. It has beautiful decor and lovely rooms. Defientley recommend as a stay. Staff always friendly and very helpful

The receptionist was absolutely fantastic. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is in the heart of Macon and within easy walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when passing through.

There is one space in the car park reserved for the chef for the neighbouring restaurant…. don’t park in his space. He really doesn’t like it!
