Lovely hotel, great location and friendly staff. Ski lockers system was great.

The jacuzzi had an empty bottle of water and a can of orangina that were there the whole time we were there so clearly cleaners had not been down to check. Likewise the steam room had dirt on the floor which was there the whole duration of our trip. Our bedroom had cobwebs in the corners. Shower badly designed with floor constantly wet, and bathroom door auto closing was frustrating as the bathroom just stayed very steamy.

Outside pool wasn’t for le tremplin customers, which was a shame because in the booking there was photos of outside pool, sauna and jacuzzi.. Also a very poor room ventilation.

Excellent location, very central, modern nice premises, beautiful lobby. Very helpful and friendly staff, they helped us with each and every question. Breakfast was quite nice, although some vegetables would have been nice.

Very friendly staffs, in particular those working at the front desk. The Michelin Star Restaurant L'Ekrin is just across street from the hotel. Good access if you can get reservation.

It is not easy to reach to the hotel's front desk when you carry heavy luggage to check in. You have to walk down a floor to reach the front desk. The hotel room was very small even though the hotel rooms were redesigned by a famous architect (according to the hotel's website). It was difficult to turn around in the room even though we only had two people. The shower room leaked water to the floor every time I used the shower. For such an expensive room, I did not expect this to happen. No way to cook hot water in the room. There was not a tea pot in the room to get hot water. Very inconvenient! The restaurant associated with the hotel did not serve good meals. We had one dinner there and did not go back again.

For a 4 stars hotels, the room wasn’t clean every day and they did not change the towels. In the bathroom we couldn’t hang the towels.

Breakfast was good limited hot food but buffet was reasonable staff within the hotel were excellent just for me the cost given the actual hotel well over priced for what it was access to the hotel was poor as you had to lug your cases down stairs there was access via a lift but not accessible from street level as needed room card to use

More choice at breakfast no room service and limited mini bar no free water bar area was non-existent
