Breakfast was amazing and had a really nice outside terrace setting as well as pleasant restaurant inside, which was unexpected so close to the airport. This hotel exceeded my expectation as it was very good value and the location was excellent so close to metro stop and airport. The staff were really helpful with directions and were happy to store luggage for me too whilst we went into town.

Carpet in my room was a bit full on for my taste (purple and black swirls)!

Good location, two minutes from the airport with free shuttle service. Easy to find. Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Bathroom had recently been updated, looked great except it hadn’t been finished off properly and you could see pipe work and bare plaster where it needed filling in between the sink and the shower. The hanging bedside basket style lights look modern but they are just low enough to bang your head on. The area around the lift needs a lick of paint.

The location is a mere 5 minutes from the airport, but current road construction makes it challenging to find. Linens were fresh and king-sized bed very comfortable Water pressure was great with plenty of hot water The staff was very accommodating

The room decor leaves a lot to be desired - a mix of late 80’s looking patterned flooring, a purple wall, 2000’s “modern” furnishings. The sink drain was very slow, and only pump soap was available as amenities. There are double block-out curtains and excellent noise insulation.

The breakfast was very good as was the dinner. Lots of fresh fruit yogurt rolls eggs ets. The dinner was freshly cooked and notthe standard big group food . The exceptional part for me was the staff on reception both on arrival and the following day. I am a single elderly lady and need Ed help with luggage. I felt very cared for.

Breakfast - superb Airport - close to airport and bus stop to Bordeaux train station

Airport - had to get taxi due to roadworks and large suitcases as flight landed at 1a.m. Downside it took one hour to get a taxi from the terminal to our hotel as very few taxis operating despite at least two flights landing. Some passengers walked as only had hand luggage while others decided to opt for Uber. Rooms - small and air con could be better.

The best thing was the staff - so friendly, pleasant, efficient and helpful. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was super - much better than previous “breakfast included” places I’ve used before. We were collected from the airport on Friday and taken back on Saturday at times to suit us. It was a pleasant and cheap bus journey to the centre of Bordeaux for the evening.

There was nothing I disliked.

Due to a flight cancellation at 11pm, the reception were very accommodating for a last minute booking

The next flight from Bordeaux was 2 days after our cancelled flight. I was very disappointed that the hotel could not waive the cancellation fee when easyJet found us a flight 24hrs earlier. However, the reception were very kind during our 1 night stay.

Lovely comfortable bed, great staff, good breakfast, excellent location, clean and light.

Shower over the bath has no non-slip mat and no handrail. My husband couldn't use it because we felt it wasn't safe. A kettle to make hot bedtime drinks would have been appreciated.

This was a perfect location , within walking distance to the airport. It offered a free shuttle back to the airport. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The downstairs area was modern, with a nice outdoor seating area to enjoy a coffee. Breakfast and the choice was exceptional. Great value for money.

The rooms are basic and seem a little dated.
