We enjoyed the comfortable bed and quality cotton bedding in our spacious well-lit “Privelege” room. Important to us was the large window that could be opened fully. Sound insulation was very good and we liked the fact that there were 2 doors between the bedroom and the loo. There was a good selection of coffee and tea in the room, as well as fruit juice and water in the fridge. We did have to ask for milk for the fridge in our room, and it was given to us by the bar staff in a little teapot, but it was good fresh milk. Breakfast was delicious with a very good range of excellent produce. All of the staff were excellent, professional and friendly except …

one of the people working at reception seemed to emanate an unsmiling hostility towards all guests, which was rather disconcerting. The bath aspects of the bathroom could do with updating and refreshment in that the bath plug didn’t seal properly, so the bath slowly emptied as one lay in it, and the grout around the tiles and bath and sink fittings was grimy in some parts and unfinished in others. These defects were only noticeable when one sat in the bath.

Was there with 2 friends who, because I had recent surgery, travelled 2 hours to collect me after my flight to Bordeaux .As it was evening we decided to stay overnight in your hotel so that my friend didn't have to drive back immediately, The staff were excellent, helpful and accommodating, Evening meal and service was excellent as was breakfast and the staff then too.

Nothing except....it was a very windy stormy night and my friends in room 303 hardly slept as the wind made a loud whistling noise most of the night. There was a very draughty space between the window and the frame. I did tell the reception gentleman at the desk and he recorded the information and said it would be looked at....and I have every confidence he did just that. As I was treating my friends for their kindness in collecting me to save me issues travelling via tram and train after the recent surgery, it was me who notified the member of staff re the 'whistling' issue.

The hotel is the best one for the airport, in our opinion. There’s also a tram stop by the hotel which is handy for visiting Bordeaux. The “Privelege” room number 308 was very good and quiet, with a comfortable bed, quality cotton bedding, a fully opening window, good sound proofing, two doors between the bedroom and the loo, a fridge and facilities for makimg hot drinks in the room, and plenty of lighting. The staff were all excellent, friendly and professional in the hotel and in the restaurant. Breakfast is excellent with a great range of quality produce. We also had a simple but good supper. There is a handy shuttle from the hotel to the airport at some times, with the alternative of the tram which stops near the hotel. We had to ask for milk for the fridge in our room and were give it promptly in a mug. This hotel has a very good ambience thanks to the staff and the decor.

Some of the lights in the room didn’t seem to work at first. When we arrived the room smelled of some kind of disagreeable cleaning spray, whereas on our previous stay a week earlier (in room 208 not 308) there was no unpleasant smell. The spring to the main door to the room is much too strong, so the door slams loudly, which did not happen upon entering and leaving room 208. The bathroom could do with updating generally, and the grout was a bit grimy in places, but the water was hot and plentiful. The Shuttle from hotel to airport only ran on some days and times of day.

We had a great one night stay in the hotel before our very early flight the next morning. The room is spacious with a fantastic bed and all the amenities you need (except milk for your coffee station). The hotel was quiet and well situated. The food was amazing! The staff were very friendly.

The hotel seemed understaffed as two waitresses battled to manage the bar as well as restaurant area. The restaurant and hotel has very specific hours when you can order food, which can be difficult if you arrive hungry and have to wait until 19:00 to order food. The breakfast and shuttle to the airport only operate from 05:30 so we had to walk to the airport (10 minute walk, that is not very well lit).

The location was exceptional, and the hotel included a free airport shuttle. Given how close we were to the airport, the hotel was very quiet. There was free on-site secure parking which was great since we had a car for our first couple days. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The floor we stayed on was older and could use a refresh as the blue carpeting was dated and well used. But, overall the hotel was so convenient and quiet, we could overlook this and had an exceptional stay.

The breakfast, though expensive, was very good, a good start to the day. We checked in at 2AM, because our flight arrived after 1 AM. One can take the tram and make a short walk to the hotel, which is what we did, but the hotel is not visible from the tram stop, we were lucky to find someone up at that hour who could advise us, Google Maps was not useable. The room had a very pleasant Japanese decor.

There was nothing we did not like. You often get what you pay for.

Room was perfect for our needs and only 0.7miles from the airport. We walked from the airport to the hotel as we landed late and enjoyed the fresh air. The pavements were perfect and direct to the hotel

Our stay was for one night and the hotel adequately met our needs for the short stay. The staff were very polite, courteous and spoke perfect English. We had a very comfortable stay and a perfect start to our week away.

Clean rooms which were newly renovated. Comfortable beds with good quality linen. Accessible location that you can get to on the tram line - this takes a little longer but on the public transport day passes you don’t have to pay anymore which is great! Good continental breakfast and free airport shuttle that comes every 30min to the Bordeaux international airport. Can pay for accommodation directly at the property.

A minor comment but there was no fresh milk or creamer for tea or coffee (there is a Nespresso maker).

Staff at reception spoke English quiet well, which was very helpful when explaining about the trams. Great choice at breakfast. Tram into Bordeaux train station only 2 minutes walk from hotel.

Only one bottle of water in the mini bar even though 2 people staying in the room. Arrived on a late flight, so bars and restaurants closed when we arrived, and no vending machines in the hotel for drinks or snacks. Rang hotel from airport to order shuttle bus, but answering machine message was in French, (obviously) so didn't understand. Maybe add the message in some other languages as well.

Reliable Bordeaux airport hotel, free secure parking, good restaurant (much better than last time). For the money it is hard to fault. Free shuttle to the airport too.

I had room 212, frankly it felt very dated. The rooms on the other side of the corridor are better (at least that’s how I remember them from my last stay). The shower handle was broken, that would have been obvious to anyone cleaning the room.
