Safety and privacy. Gerald was nice and on time to hand us the keys. The surrounding area is safe to walk, the mall is walking distance. Public transportation is close by.

Not very friendly neighbors (front desk) We did not feel welcome and we were there for 5 days. They share the building and the people at the front desk are part of the senior apartments.

The apartment is in a rather new block house, which is functioning as a home for retired ladies and gentlemen. There are addtional block house constructions in process in the neighbourhood, but it is not disturbing at all. The tram and bus station are very close. Also grocery stores, artisan boulengerie, filling station are in walking distance. There is a huge shopping mall in a short distance as well (to be approached by car ideally). Excellent customer oriented communication and little gifts made our stay even better.We could park in the underground garage.

The toilet and the bathroom is not separated. The city center is 50-65 min distance by public transport.

A modern, wonderfully equipped apartment. We used all the facilities, it was a great stay. We had a large terrace overlooking the street. We went to Paris by taxi, which was a cheaper option for our family than public transport. For sure we are back there :)

I Would like to mention that everything was wonderful the reception when we arrived everything was really magnificent, when I return to Paris I will do everything to return to this residence, I loved it!

one of the things I didn't like, I even found it strange that a lady who works at the reception, a short one, wouldn't allow us to be sitting at the reception desk waiting for the taxi to arrive, she was ignorant telling us to get up and wait outside the residence, that's really It was horrible

Apartment was clean, beds and pillows comfy. Clean and modern. Coffee and patisserie around the corner. Supermarket and pharmacy around the corner. Tram stops 2 min walk from apartment. The Edgar Suite staff were on hand if you needed them.

20 min tram ride to the end of the metro line from the apartment so expect to travel up to one hour to the centre of Paris. However 20 min car journey to Versailles which is good. Trams and metro are pretty frequent. Car parking is quite a distance away but you can park most places on the street within the white boxed areas. No sink in the toilet which is odd. No one wanted to touch that door handle. There was soap and a basin in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The apartment is in a retirement block. Not a problem in its self except you are not allowed to wait in the reception by the front door and will be told off by quite a rude receptionist if you do sit there like we did whilst waiting for one of our family to join us.

The entire building is great, a modern elevator took us to the apartment and the hall was wonderfully arranged and gives the impression of luxury and trust. The apartment itself is very well-kept and equipped with all the necessary things. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace overlooking the internal patio, where we can admire flowers and greenery. The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and an incredibly comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. From the bedroom there is an entrance to the large bathroom, where there is a modern shower cabin and all the necessary things. The entire apartment is incredibly clean and the equipment is new! I recommend this apartment to everyone! We will definitely come back! Area is very calm. We went to Paris by taxi, which was a bit more expensive for us than public transport, but we had the opportunity to talk to the drivers and find out what it's like to live in Paris.

We had a great choral performance at UNESCO in Paris, and for rehearsals and the performance, we needed to stay for 10 days. This suite was very comfortable, like a second home, with a nice view and in a a beautiful lobby and clean and modern neighborhood. You could find everything you need to feel at home. The grocery store and train station to the center of Paris were very close by. We felt at home there. Thank you, Edgar, for providing us with this wonderful place and creating beautiful memories. I have already recommended it to many of my friends who plan to visit Paris, and it will be definitely my go-to place for my next trip to Paris.

If they could provide towels every two days, that would be great. We needed to shower twice a day, so our towels needed to be replaced every two days.

Edilbert received us and showed the parking space and facilities everything very clean and comfortable good fridge, freezer, stove and mini dishwasher.

The receptionist is a hysterical woman disrespectful we were waiting for our taxi snd she tried to kick us out saying we shouldn’t be there. Horrible person, it is strange that we know later that whoever is renting this apartment won’t be staying again there despite everything else being almost perfect doesn’t have access to the lobby area. This apartment was one of the best apartment that I stayed in Paris. The location in a new developing area with all modern and new building. Market, bus and tram stops just within 5 to 10 minutes walk. The facilities inside the apartment was complete and we had everything we needed, from kitchenware to virgin olive oil, coffees, teas, balsamic winegar free of charge. Wifi was a speed of 500 MBps and free of charge. It takes around one hour to reach central Paris via Public transportation via 2 exchange. Orly and CDG airports reachable within 1 and 1,5 hours respectively. Communication with Edgar and Cheryl were promt and very informative. This apartment absolutely will be my staying location in my future travels.

The welcome meet was brilliant, I was shown everything about the apartment and services. Couldn't fault anything. I stayed during the heatwave and the fact they had fans in the apartment was brilliant. The Tote bag was very helpful for groceries. I stayed in Room 305 which had a balcony looking into the common area outside. No traffic noise. The apartment had electronic shutters on the windows and balcony so good for keeping out the sun / heat. The shower was always hot and good water pressure. Excuse the photos as I took them as I was leaving...i.e. the bed was not made up properly as I was leaving very early in the morning.
