Welcome on reception done with good humour and in excellent English. Staff throughout the stay were very helpful and efficient. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Blinds made for a good long sleep. Breakfast choice excellent.

Lack of lift surprising but appreciated help with taking cases up stairs. Did not like all the wasps around the breakfast buffet and the outside terrace. Surprising that the hotel doesn’t address the situation, even putting lids on the jam pots would be a small deterrent.

our guy on check in was very informative and helpful with local knowledge and parking ideas and really made us feel welcome. the hotel is ideally situated and offers a good value breakfast including fresh cooked scrambled eggs and wonderful local jams. check out was easy, the lady made it very easy an efficient - a perfect choice for my wife and I from Australia

all good as expected, the excellent hotel is little hard to little hard to locate but well worth it.

Central, good room, restaurants and shopping close by. Receptionist was very helpful with local info and restaurant advice.

No parking but offered secure parking in shopping centre next door 8 euro for 24hrs . No bar and restaurant but is in centre of town, which is okay if weather good.

The central situation in Millau is perfect for the casual traveller. The town centre is minutes away, a restaurant on its doorstep, cafes across the concourse and secure parking (extra) under the shopping centre adjacent. What mire do you need!

The town is part pedestrianised so approaching the hotel is a little tricky if it’s the first time visiting. You have to temporary park to offload baggage before parking in adjacent car park.

Very comfy modern rooms. Situated right by the pedestrian precinct in the middle of Millau. Top quality breakfast and eggs cooked to order. Luc was very helpful telling us about the eating possibilities in the town

If you are in a car you will have to park in a car park a few minutes wak from the hotel. If you are on a motorcycle you can usually park it in fron of the hotel. The restaurant only served breakfast.

Hotel is right in the middle of restaurants and shopping. Staff were fantastic especially the gentleman who works from 2pm until late. He was so helpful, gracious and he was one of the reasons we extended our stay. He even planned out a sightseeing route for us. Hotel should be a 4 star.

Bit hard to find on GPS as issue with GPS signal in this location.

The location was great. The choice at breakfast was unsurpassable The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were super pleasant.

For older folk like us the a lack of a lift might be a problem. no carpark attached to the hotel although there is a huge underground one that the hotel has an arrangement with. A little expensive but very secure if you have a car load of stuff from an extended holiday elsewhere. I did notice carpark charges seem to alter from time to time?

The hotel was well positioned within the town giving access to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was very nice, the room was clean and had all of the facilities as described. The location is a little difficult to find, however the hotel instructions were very accurate, they MUST be followed as your satnav will and leave you at the wrong side of La Place.

Great location, friendly staff. You can just walk to a selection of nearby restaurants. Do go to the visitor centre at the incredible viaduct; it is awesome. Excellent breakfast al fresco was terrific.

A bit tricky to find and you have to park 200 yds away once you have unloaded- but it’s well worth doing.

Location is great, parking is very convenient. The staff gave us a restaurant recommendation that was excellent. We came here to see the Viaduct and Keisha gave us some great suggestions about where to see it the best from down below, and she suggested that we visit the nearby village of Peyre to get a view of the pylons at the base. A very enjoyable experience.
