Our greeting, by a young French guy and an English lady, was fantastic. Our room was reached via a beautiful, sweeping staircase. It was pretty small but had a little entrance area where we were able to store all our luggage. The ensuite had a great shower and the bed was one of the most comfortable we'd slept in.

We appreciate a nice restaurant from time to time but there’s a fine line between classy and pretentious and sadly this one crossed the line. Maybe the chef can take some tips from the reception staff ref. customer service?!

The villa is fabulous right by the river, the staff were very friendly and efficient. We stayed on Bastille night and the fireworks were on the banks of the river and we had a magnificent view from our balcony. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and shower was great. Dinner was amazing under the pergola with flowers and vines. Parking was secure and easy. I would recommend this villa without reservation.

The room (queen) was a little on the small side. Unlike the grand entrance hall, it looked as though the room had been refurbished on a budget and was a little tired. Mont-de-Marsan itself is OK for a stop-over, but is a tired town with little to do or see, although we did manage to find a decent restaurant nearby for a small meal.

When you feel welcome the minute you arrive and experience such a tasteful exquisite treatment you loose sense of time underpinned by an unparalleled gastronomy. A hidden gem that deserves all the recognition and success. Looking to experience something outside the classical hotspots? Place to be. Merci

I felt they do no have enough personnel. They do not have a regular reception: you walked into a beautiful space with hardwood covered walls, marble sculptures, beautiful painted huge window….but nobody is around…..finally someone showed up with a little apron… is he the bartender or the person in charge of doing the check in? . Same when we are trying to leave: it took more than 15 minutes fir someone to come to close our bill….also has an apron, the same person that served us breakfast! You shouldn’t “wait” to pay, all by yourself in this beautiful room with no help…..in a hurry to go somewhere else🤔🤔🤔🤔

A beautiful old house exquisitely renovated , charming hosts, and the staff were really friendly. The bed was really comfortable and bathroom very good . The resident parrot was delightful!

It would have been nice to have an a la carte menu for dinner. The breakfast was ok, but we would have preferred a buffet style choice.

The staff is very gentle and you feel in a luxurious hotel. The breakfast is generous, including only local and high quality products by a very decent price

The bed was not very comfortable but it was the only negative point

Great stay on the rivers, in the middle off the town. The restaurant was a great experience. Parking easy. The room with the view to the rivers and town, great.

Fantastic hotel amazing food, hosts and room would go back in a heart beat. Totally one off and loved it.

I would preferred not to have paid for car parking as parking was pretty easy but it was secure and didn't change my stay at all.

Fabulous staff and restaurant. Food is exceptional; Jacob is a real star man.

Town is a bit tired and limited, but as a stop over, worth the journey.
