This hotel is perfect for visiting Disneyland. it is a 2 min walk to the RER station and then one stop to Disneyland~ fantastic when you are tired at the end of the day. The rooms are simple but everything you need.~ ask for a room facing the road (not back alley) as it’s brighter and more private from window. The breakfast is great (15€ adults, 7€ kids)~ we just bought in the am when wanted. The hotel staff are lovely and helpful. A variety of restaurants are within a block of walking ~ pizza, thai and burgers. If we come back to the Chelsea area, we will stay here again. * Beware that the room picture with big windows is not the room you get (it’s one of two large suites). * To get here from CDG, take the Magic Shuttle (1 hour) or the train (10 min). We took the shuttle~ 33€ total for one adult and one child~ as it was cheaper than the train. The shuttle actually drops you at the other Val D’Europe RER station, which is a block (when RER train pulls in, it stretches from one station to the other in length). Have fun in Disneyland!

When we first checked in, we were given a smoke smelling room, facing the alley. We were too tired from the flight and just went to sleep. When we woke, we asked to change rooms due to the smell, and the staff happily obliged us. So a dislike which turned into a like.

It was one train stop to Disney which when you exit the station you were rightly at the gates of Disneyland Paris. You can get the train to the hotel from CDG Airport or take the Magic shuttle bus which will bring you to the Val d’Europe bus/train station and the hotel is just across the road from there. The staff in the hotel were very professional and welcoming. There is a large shopping outlet near the hotel so you can grab you disney memorabilia cheap or shop for just something to eat. Overall I would highly recommend it for people travelling to Disneyland Paris or Paris itself to stay. It is only 5 euro on the train to Paris City and 1.90 euro to Disneyland or alternatively you can walk to Disneyland in about 20 minutes. I can not fault this hotel as it has great facilities for families who want the Disneyland paris experience but on a budget. We had a wonderful experience and I will be going back.

No complaints.

We were very pleased with how we were welcomed the night we arrived especially that we arrived 3am 🙈 "Tarik" the receptionist was waiting 4 us; very supportive, friendly & attended to all our concerns. He actually deserves special thanks for his hospitality & great help through out our stay. All receptionists were supportive when it comes to seeking advise about directions or transportation. We faced trouble with our room's AC so the hotel moved us to a bigger room till the problem gets fixed next morning, but when it didn't, we continued our stay in the bigger room with no extra charge 😀 The location is perfect if you wanna be a walk away from Val d'Europe & La Vallee Village & also one stop from DisneyLand 🤩 The kids enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the mall & being able to walk alone to the hotel.

Far from Paris City Center & because there was maintence in the metro route, it took us more than an hr to move from hotel to Paris. Not the hotel's fault, but that was the only con in our stay.

This is my second time coming here. As usual, very happy with the accomodation. It s one stop from Val's Europe station to Disneyland and quite near a shopping mall. If you take the rer to noisy le grand, there's s shopping mall that's a lot better than the one near the hotel. Nice little sandwich shop across from the hotel. The staff are very nice and attentive. You can order in food and meet the delivery driver at the reception,if you don't want to cook( you re on holiday, after all!!)

The room was a little bit dusty.

There's not much that we didn't like. (I think these fields are mixed up. This one is asking "what didn't you like? But there's a sad face."

Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly & helpful. We really liked the layout of our apartment. It's located extremely close to the train station; one stop from Disneyland Paris. There is a mall nearby as well. For breakfast, everyone must wear gloves while getting food, something I've never seen before & really liked. Thank you for a great stay!

The points above did not affect our stay. We have enjoyed every minute of it. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. We need it directions for Paris guide tours on couple of days. They made our first trip to Paris easy by printing directions & providing a map and we didn't get lost. Location is ideal! About 45 min from Paris by RER (local metro) & one stop away from Disneyland. Costs just over 2 euros to Disneyland & about 17 euros return to Paris. Big shopping mall Val D'Europe is 7 min walk away. We shopped in the local supermarket on our first day and this saved us at least 100 euros per day in food as party of 4. Metro is just outside the hotel.

Showers take a while to warm up and the air con did not operate very well in this heat. Pillows are not very comfortable

The location is great. It is very near to the train station, cafes, restaurants and a huge shopping mall. It is very calm and no bothering noises as during the night so as during the day. We had a 1 bedroom appartment with a kitchenette and a dishwasher - very comfy, clean and has iron and lots of bath towels. The bed was good. There is a washing mashine and a dryer for a fee of 3Euros each

We have made the reservation 2 months in advance asking for 2 separate beds rather than 1 big bed. This option was offered on booking.com, but on the day of arrival the receptionist said "nothing is guaranteed". I do understand that, but why offering this option and it was not a last minute booking. The property does not respond to any emails or chat questions through booking.com which is sad. Staff is friendly but not very helpful. The info in the room says "Washing machine fee 3 Euros, dryer 3 Euros", but it came out to be 6 Euros for a washing machine, as the dryer is practically free. I did not need the dryer, but had to pay for it anyway.

Great location for Disney, only one train stop on RER line A from Disney and train station is 50 ft from lobby so you can be there at the gates in under 5 min. Kitchenette is A+ and includes all needed for basic meals, fridge, microwave, hot plate, small package of dish soap. The staff were friendly and gave directions. The bathroom was clean with a nice bath and lots of hot water, an exceptional bakery is around the block where you can get sandwiches to take into the Disney Parks that are healthy, a ramen restaurant across the street, and Val d'Europe mall is next door where there are grocery options. The breakfast was a bit pricey but worth it for a holiday treat with lots of selection, though you could certainly do breakfast in the room if you had a larger family for better value. Would recommend this location for Disney and would stay again happily. There is a safe and a TV but we didn't use. There are laundry options apparently, but we didn't use.

This hotel was really excellent and I can't fault anything. Several reviews had stated it was in need of refurbishment and less clean but I found our room to be cleaner than the European average, having just come from an Ibis elsewhere in Paris. Paris as a city is filthy and polluted with garbage lying around but this hotel was spotless and a cozy retreat for those who want to make the most of Disney but who can't handle eating carnival food.

We stayed 2x in the one week. 2 nights, then into Paris, then one final night. The staff are so friendly and kind, especially with my child! The rooms are exceptional! The bed is so big and soft! The bathroom has a separate bath and shower. There is plenty of space within the lounge/ kitchen area, although we didn't use the kitchen.

The WiFi didn't work one afternoon, night, and the following morning. So that was hard when planning day trips, etc. At the breakfast I had to ask for the cereal, watermelon and orange juice to be replenished as nobody was watching the food stations.

Second time there. We like it because it's at 100m from the train station to EuroDisney, and just a stop away, perfect (one way goes to Eurodisneythe other to Paris centre). There's a an underground garage (6 euros per night if I'm correct). The rooms are nice and modern. The staff friendly and helpful. There's a café next to the train station to buy the croissants for breakfast and baguette sandwiches for lunch!

Away from everything else, we wouldn't have gone there if it wasn't for EuroDisney.
