Room excellent - good size with a large, comfortable bed. Excellent and expansive breakfast. Location was a 10 minute walk from Montpellier St Roch and the centre of town. Quiet location. Rooms set out so that there was sufficient privacy from other guests.

The description of the accommodation could make it clearer that the coffee making and kitchen facilities were in a common lounge and kitchen shared with other guests and the hosts (who live at the premises). As such we didn't feel comfortable using the host's personal items.

- Central location in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to the city center and train station - Great value for the money, comfortable beds/rooms and a shared fridge if needed - Wifi worked well which I needed b/c of work commitments - Breakfast is great, Filip goes out of his way to personalize this for you including background music

- Recommendations were great but could be a bit shorter, in order not to be overwhelmed with the information

Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom small, but modern and clean. Nice bedroom with small own terras. Thanks to the weather we joined our breakfast on the terras of the dining area. Great! Absolutely great communication with the owner Filip! Thank you so much for all the effort and the extra useful information about Montpellier. Located on walking distance from the city center. Would definitely go again.

Communication from the proprietor, Filip, was excellent. Very precise directions to the location as well as helpful tips to get around Montpellier. Breakfast was very welcoming every morning on the balcony. Housekeeping was excellent and the room including a large walk in shower was very clean. Our room had a balcony which allowed us to enjoy the weather and a glass of wine. Very convenient to a couple of supermarkets. Location is in a residential area; however, it is only a 10+ walk for the nearest tram station which is a very convenient way to get around Montpellier as well as close proximity to the main train station. Accommodation is not like in a traditional hotel rather you have a separate room off a shared common area. This was not a issue and the room was quiet and secure.

The apartment is very clean with nice and thoughtful decor. We enjoyed the balcony a lot, especially when having breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, juice , brioche, jams, fruits and yoghurt stocked in the kitchen) which was ready for us in the kitchen when we arrived. The host is very friendly and knowledgeable. His advice for trips were great and easy to follow. His recommendations for restaurants were very good too.

Almost in the center of the city (ten minutes by foot to the Place de la Comédie) but far away from its noisy life in a very quiet neighbourhood. The host is extremely attentive and provides valuable suggestions for restaurants, places to visit and deas for excursions in the surrounding area.

I can't say anything except maybe a little bit overwhelmed by the host's attempt to demand some structure from us more or less disorganised tourists :-)

This beautiful apartment is in a quiet area & a short walk into the city centre. Our host, Filip, was great. He helped us to get the most out of our visit, offering links to local tourist attractions & restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable with a nice bed & and a great shower. In warmer weather you can sit on the nice terrace & relax with a drink after a busy day sightseeing.

We had a fabulous stay in the Studio Sourire. Filip is a fantastic host; his attention to detail is second to none and you can be sure of a friendly welcome. The Studio is comfortable and well-equipped - and in a great location for visiting the lovely city of Montpellier. Thank you, Filip - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Superb breakfast with homemade jams and artisanal honey. Host was incredibly attentive and communicative from the start, with plenty of suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants/cafés. Room was clean, tidy and welcoming. Thank you for the hospitality.

Host asked a few questions prior to arrival that seemed irrelevant at the time. We later learned that he used that input to personalize our stay and make more "homey" (thank you). A suggestion to the host would be to include the purpose for those questions in future emails. Without that context it is impossible to understand why they would be relevant.

We came for a short stay to explore the city with our 3 month old baby, and it provided us with everything we needed a fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, tea kettle and a wide variety of teas! The view is excellent on the balcony and the apartment is a short walk from the Center of downtown in a quiet neighbourhood. Our host was very kind to provide us with an extensive list of restaurants and activities (which gave us a free apéro if we mentioned the hotel). As well as making us breakfast each morning in his studio; eggs with a croissant, orange juice, yogurt, bread and jam and more types of tea than you can shake a stick at.
