The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. Really helpful and friendly. The pool was great. A pretty little garden to sit outside in the sunshine. Free secure parking.

Location. A couple of miles from town. We knew this when we booked but we’re happy to walk into town . Sadly we were advised not to do so as not very safe. We set off to walk anyway but turned back as we realised the receptionist was right. Felt a bit stranded in an area of waste land and 3 hotels. Wasn’t too bad as we ate outside at the hotel which was very nice. Is a great stop over as long as you don’t wNt to walk into town for the evening.

Very clean and great service from the staff. I came at the end of May and the pool was already open which was a nice surprise.

The rooms are a little tight, and could use a bigger area for luggage and storing clothes. the breakfast was ok but could use more selection. The scrambled eggs were horrible, they were dry and looked to be reused in the 2nd day. The location is too far to walk to the downtown, so you’ll need to take a cab.

it was a bit isolated so we had to drive in to town, but the hotel and staff were lovely, the room was perfect, it even had a lightning socket for my Apple gadgets, that is a first! It had a smart TV so we could stream from our phones. We were advised that there wasn’t a full meal service but ‘snacks’ could be provided… we had fish n chips, and spaghetti bolognaise, they were better than we have had in more expensive hotels!

Good location with free parking and I managed to get under the sun canopy which was a bonus. The restaurant was closed on the days that we stayed but they do a few snack meals which was ok. The staff was very friendly & helpful, the pool was very nice a clean but when the hotel is busy I can see it been a problem. As there isn’t that many sun loungers.

The staff is amazingly nice. We were accepted by a young receptionist who was really kind and gave us a great suggestion for the dinner along with the directions. The room was nice, clean and we slept really good. We only stayed for one night, but it was a good choice to stay here. next morning we were leaving quite early and another reception guy made us coffee despite an early hour. Thank you for the kindness!

I loved the pool which was nice and warm and clean. The staff were very helpful.

On our arrival the bedroom was full of mosquitoes. Luckily we had spotted them before we went to sleep otherwise we would have been eaten alive. The shower gel was practically empty and ran out after our first day. It was not replaced.

The Hotel has good amenities, excellent staff and is the perfect solution for a peaceful night's sleep. I highlight the huge bed and the large LCD.

I don't think there are negative aspects. However, as the hotel is on the outskirts of Montepellier, you will need a car, as public transport is still far away. The bathroom is small but served its purpose.

Swimming pool: very clean as it was done every morning. The welcoming was very good, helpful employees. The cleaning was not invasive, respectful of our vacation time.

Breakfast was not always filled with what promised. The cutlery was dirty and needed to tell the employees to be more attentive. They reacted fast and did the job.

The staff were excellent with really good service. We were really looked after the friendly staff, i would recommend staying here for the value that they charge. Excellent cleanliness, really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast could of had more choice

The team is very welcoming, friendly and professional. They will help you without a problem. The place is well tidy and clean. I particularly loved the pool and the downstairs area in the evening. This is definitely a well managed business.

For the only night I stay I couldn't find anything wrong.
