The staff at Billie hotel provided excellent customer service right from when we made the booking to make sure we were happy with the room booked etc.. We had a lovely welcome on arrival from the reception team. The room is a little small but perfectly fine as we were out and about in fabulous Nantes all day. Bed is extremely comfortable. Bathroom is spotless with very nice products and towels.

Be aware if you are a light sleeper the location is beside some very lively bars and restaurant's and the revelers are very vocal on their way home some nights past 5am. So keep your windows closed and maybe bring ear plugs to help. But you are right in the city center so this is a trade off which I would still recommend.

Great location near the old town and all nice restaurants, cafes and bars. Price was really good for a one night weekend stay. Staff was very helpful and luggage storage service before check in and after check out was exceptional.

Double or twin room photos included both regular rooms and attics when we were booking. There was no price difference. However, regular rooms seem more comfortable than the attic. We were given an attic with a very small space, very low ceiling that makes difficult to move around the bed, and too warm because of the direct afternoon sunlight through the roof window. It was not a big issue for us since we only stayed for one night. But for future reference, I recommend making a clear distinction between different room types.

Was there with my daughter. We had a great stay, and it felt like home. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I left my phone in a taxi and one of the members of the staff called all taxi companies and the next day I had my phone back ! Big thank you to this gentleman in glasses. The hotel is in the heart of the city so easily you can walk everywhere.

The only thing that was uncomfortable was not much space for suitcase.

This hotel is in a great location for a tourist on foot. It enabled plenty of sightseeing and was close to the green line which takes you around the city showing you all the sights. There were restaurants and bars in close proximity and the windows were glazed to ensure nighttime revellers did not disrupt your sleep. I loved the decor, very art deco and superbly done.

The staff was very kind and checked to make sure we were pleased with the room. Because we were leaving the city late in the afternoon, they were very gracious in allowing us to leave our luggage all day. Coffee in the room was also appreciated.

The room was small but well appointed to contain everything needed - just not a lot of room for luggage or extras.

Newly refurbed hotel, nice decor and friendly staff, very well situated in the buzzing city centre, easy stroll to bars, shops and restaurants, parking for the car was right behind the hotel and cost just 10 euro's for 24 hours stay.

The only thing which is not their fault is the room was quite small, but i guess its city centre and the price reflects this.

Room was comfortable and with attractive decor. Bathroom was very clean and nicely remodeled. Great location close to many good restaurants and shops.

Room was very small. Breakfast was okay but I found better breakfast options outside the hotel so it was not worth paying for with the room.

Had a really brilliant stay here. The location is amazing (right next to the square with restaurants etc) and the rooms were very stylish and comfortable. We even had a small balcony and pretty view from ours. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

We got a really good price, just a two day break and the location was fantastic - lots of lovely places to eat and not far from the river.

It was all good! The hotel has been recently refurbished and was really cosy, clean and the staff were very helpful and welcoming

Wonderful hotel, great attention to detail in the rooms and equipment as well as services. Hotel opened only a week ago, but everything was great and professional. Extraordinary value for money in the very city centre.

Standard rooms are quite small, thus no table and chair.
