The location is quite in the Central Region of nice , The nearest Tram station Republique is just few mins walk . The Garibaldi Square and the Massena Square are nearby . The Bus Station for Monaco is some 10 mins walk , can get boarded into Bus No 602 To Monaco. where the travel is very scenic alongway at Mediterranean Coastline like VilleFrench-Sur-Mer Etc, The Train to Monaco also nearby station Gare Thiers - 12 Mins walk. The Room was comfortable . The Reception Staff was much helpful in guiding for the tours and the Important tourist spots in Nice and nearby Coastline Cities. ,helpful for any City Related information.

The Room and Bathroom is quite small , But Ok, manageable (At least for a Single Person) . Breakfast felt costly (11 EUR) Hence had nearby outside., No Lifts.

Boutique hotel. Owners sont très gentiles. They drew me a map of everything in Nice and where to go, as well as which bus lines to take to Monaco. Also let me take a snooze on the lounge after I checked out while waiting for my flight. Location is a 10 minute walk from Old Nice and Nice Riquier train station as well as the bus depot.

There aren’t many good restaurants or supermarches nearby, you’d have to walk to Old Nice. No A/C, just a portable one that blows somewhat cooler air. And no lifts. I was on the 4th floor and luckily traveling light.

We loved this place. So central, so friendly, lovely courtyard. We were a group of 8 ladies for 3 nights and they helped by storing our luggage the last day. Providing bits we needed (eg knife and plate for cheese and wine in the courtyard). Great to have fridge in the room. Really appreciate making this birthday trip so easy and relaxed for us. May well be back!

The rooms we had were a little hot (there was a fan) and you can hear some noise from the road but this is really such a lovely friendly place it didn't matter. A kettle in the room would be amazing.

The place and the stuff are amazing. The location is very close to the old city center and has good connections to Monaco and the main train station (between 10-15 min to the main train station with Tram No. 1, close to the Tram No. 2, which connects the main airport to the city center; the bus to Monaco is 5 min walk from the hotel, also 3 min walk is a big Carrefour).Also, the breakfast was amazing, in a very traditional French style.

The bathroom was too small, but it is private and this should be a big advantage.

The location is wonderful! Lovely building in the centre of Nice with charming blue shutters (we didn't need to close them as the the street side room was pleasantly shaded). Close to the beach (15 minutes on foot with a toddler), supermarket (1 minute), viewpoint (15 minutes), playground (10 minutes), railway station (Nice Riquier, 10 minutes) and tram stop (1 minute and 5 minutes to T2 that goes directly to the airport). Very helpful staff. The room was cleaned daily (even on Saturday).

There was a small problem with the electric socket (extension cord) as it was hard to connect any electric device (finally we did :)). The was no electric kettle in the room but we didn't need one. I suppose that we would have got it if we had asked.

We were expecting no a/c, but when we got there we learned that our room (which was like a double room for families, with a double bed on one side and bunk beds on the other side of the wall) had both a/c and a mini fridge, so that was a nice surprise! Apparently a couple of the rooms have a/c, I assume because they don't have windows you can open to let the breeze in. The patio area is lovely, and we had a small semi-private balcony area with a table and chairs where we ate breakfast in the morning. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the location is fantastic. Great value for the money and a lovely place to call home for a few nights in Nice.

The shower smelled a bit musty -- it was clean, but I don't think the ventilation in there was great.

Quirky little hotel, just my style! Very friendly and helpful staff, happy to give you directions and advice about where to go. Ideal for someone travelling on their own, as I was. Exceptionally clean. I had a room on the 2nd floor with doors opening on to Juliet balcony. Love the courtyard garden, great place to have breakfast, which was plentiful and tasty. Great coffee! Very well located, near to the old town. Oh yes, mustn't forget Peter, the lovely hotel dog!

Shower head and hose needed deep cleaned. Lack of mod cons consistent with an old French hotel Road noise at the front - so many motorbikes! Individually wrapped breakfast items - non eco.

Lovely little hotel. Only there for one night. Owner was so nice, gave us lots of info. Took his time to show us everything on map. Breakfast in the morning outside was very good. Made all the better with Pete the dog for company. Was able to leave luggage for the day and pick up before going to airport. Location great for accessing old town etc. Ten minute walk.

Staff went the extra mile to offer us an alternative room when they saw we had a heavy case (no lift) and we were on the third floor. They then provided ground floor family room accommodation at no extra cost. They also showed us where to catch a bus to Eze village, and explained the tram system and the time required to get to the airport the next day. Extremely helpful. Reception also open 24 hours.
