We loved the location. Nice quiet hotel with friendly welcoming staff. Very comfortable bed. Impressed requests had been listened to. Enjoyed the pool and pool bar. Good size for a few lengths. Enjoyed the courtyard for breakfast and the Hemingway Bar. The main lift in the hotel is a wonderful feature. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Room not very big so pleased we also had a balcony. Wardrobe space small. Coffee and tea provided but no milk so didn’t use. Thought breakfast a bit expensive but A La Carte was available.

Beautiful property with an exceptional staff. They go out of their way to be friendly, responsive, and helpful. One helped us find my son's swimming goggles, and the GM even helped load bags into my car. We stayed in the Maison Jean Cocteau, which is very spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed the hotel so much, we stayed for an extra day.

Towels were not always set out at the pool. The kitchen lacked pots and pans, knives, etc., but the staff quickly provided a pan when we asked, and repaired a light that wasn't working.

The great staff that was flexible in accomodating personal needs. The cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. A true 5-star experience with a great Spa and outside swimming pool. Amazing breakfast + The restaurant and bar kept us coming back.

The last two days the Spa was out of order. There were quite some mosquitos in the hotel due to the season, which obviously outside is out of the control of the hotel but inside more could have been done to manage this.

L’Imperator delivers excellent service from beginning to end! This hotel is well located near Les Jardines de la Fontaine. The room was spacious, well designed and it had a view of their beautiful courtyard! The food was delicious and served with care. We loved all the details and care of how our stay was handled, including a little treat we were welcome with called La Simone. We would love to stay at this hotel again and we highly recommend it to others travelling to Nimes.

Loved the immaculate service, beautiful property including the room with a balcony. Staff Made us feel very welcome ; even the General Manager welcomed us. Valet took care of our car immediately and upon departure we noticed they had vacuumed it as well after a week of traveling! with 2 cold bottles of water in the cup holders as we departed and again the manager was there to wish us safe travels across the pond. We will return.. and it’s the #1 Hotel in Nimes. Don’t pass up this 5 Star!

Lovely property and very well designed. Rooms are very comfortable. Attentive turn down service. All staff are great and happy to help with anything. Pool area really nice and never an issue getting a lounger. Easy to walk to train/bus station if you want to do a trip to another town - Uzes, Arles, Avignon etc..Thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing stay and just a pity couldn’t stay longer.

From the arrival till the checkout, our experience was just fabulous. Being welcome by Jerome, hotel Hotel manager personally, valet service, beautiful rooms and restaurant with a swimming pool outdoors, wonderful and attentive staff, especially impressed by the young staff which makes us hopeful for a great next generation hoteliers, excellent location with just a short walk to the old center - we will be back for sure!

The renovations are gorgeous. I do miss the Hemingway bar the way it was tho. The Spa is worth a visit and easy to access discreetly from the rooms. Pools are small but we got lucky and had the pool all to ourselves for 30 minutes or so at a time. Lots of great restaurants nearby if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant. Breakfast was okay on site but if your a light eater or in a hurry I’d skip it. Will happily return as we love Nîmes and this is a favorite splurge.

The hotel is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is luxurious but has a casual feel so incredibly relaxing. Lovely pool area with attentive staff who make sure guests have water and are comfortable.

A beautiful place to stay. Calm and peaceful but close to the centre of the city. The staff were obliging and delightful.

We didn’t have breakfast because we like to find a nice cafe and soak up the ambiance. However, it was very expensive it would be great service if they provided something basic (a pastry/ bread) as part of the room price. It is an expensive place to stay.
