how welcoming all members of staff at the reception including house keepers were! Smiling, accommodating and going the extra mile to help and assist! The swimming pool was such a plus, hot, plenty of space to swim and lots of different water features to enjoy, really unexpected and rewarding! I will come back! and visit Niort next time! plenty of restaurants nearby to chose from, less than 5 minutes walk.

We arrived very late after a long journey and were greeted by a friendly receptionist. Our room was extremely comfortable, breakfast delicious and the two staff at reception polite and charming. Our special thanks to Oceane, Eloise and Melissa for making our brief stay so good.

It was all perfect

This hotel was the perfect place a stopover after a long day driving. There was a warm welcome and helpful staff at the check in desk. Also was it possible to have coffee after closing hours of the bar. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious. Melissa and her team were very friendly and hospitable. And a big plus: the restaurant next to the hotel. Great steak and service even 30 minutes before closing time!

The warm pool was absolutely the best surprise!! The desk staff was so helpful especially Johnathan, he called a couple wineries for me (as I am an English speaker) to confirm hours. Rooms were clean and exactly as pictured.

Everything at this hotel are tops! The staff are so friendly and helpful! They all speak fluent English. The pool was amazing. The rooms are a great size. Love the modern touch to the interior. Many restaurants to choose from within 2 mins walk from the hotel.

Very clean. Family friendly. Loved the guitar and ukulele which my granddaughter loved. Staff were lovely. Breakfast great and right next to two restaurants for dinner. Close to motorway and fuel.

Nice hotel, parking outside, nice rooms and a lovely indoor swimming pool. It's on the outskirts but a good location. 3 restaurants nearby and an Aldi, if you.need anything.

The pool was incredible for a family, we arrived after driving all day, perfect! Close to a few great restaurants and Boulangeries. Will stay again on next trip
