Everything about this hotel was excellent. Beautifully renovated, with bags of style, it's a lovely calm place to stay. Staff were fabulous, especially the one lady who served us at dinner, who single-handedly welcomed everyone, waited on tables, ran around at speed and was ultra cheerful the whole time. A small person with a big personality and huge energy. The location is good, right on the river bank and close to the basilica, the gardens are very pleasant and the decor is contemporary and stylish. We loved it and wished we were staying for more than one night.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

The hotel is an old priory which has been excellently modernised, and we had a beautifully appointed room with en suite shower room. Everything was spotlessly clean. The restaurant served delicious food, and has a lovely terrace for eating al fresco in summer. The hotel is situated in an interesting area close to the basilica and pedestrianised old town.

The room had just one chair although there was space for another, which, as we were a couple, was a bit inconvenient. There was no television which was surprising, and the shower room lacked towel rails- there were just 2 small hooks which were not sufficient.

I loved this hotel. Close walk to the basilica and the town centre. Staff are genuinely warm and friendly. Incredibly comfortable stay, clean and safe in tranquil place.

Some facilities not in the room like no kettle or mini fridge which was not idea for a long stay. No safe in room. Room a little small but still comfortable. There’s no TV - which was fine for me but may bother some.

- The air con didn’t work - we were told it was deactivated because it was winter. We were in a ground floor room so couldn’t really leave patio doors open during the night - No TV in room (although they were very accommodating and let us watch the rugby on the tv in the bar)

The property is a beautiful building in a lovely location. The rooms were small but very nicely furnished. Restaurant and breakfast were great. Staff were so helpful especially Katerina who looked after us well. Bar is also good. Right next to Basilica so beautiful.

Couldn’t get in restaurant first 2 nights as fully booked so would advise reserving a table before arriving. Town was very quiet with few restaurants open.

Lovely clean, brand new rooms. Very comfortable bed and wonderful cotton sheets. Good shower but over the bath.

the room was very small even though we paid To upgrade to the superior room. There was no sign of the ‘terrace’ this room supposedly had. Our room was no more than perhaps 11m square. No TV which didn’t bother us in the least but might other people.

Simple but stylish recent refurbishment of the priory. The tranquil gardens next to the river are lovely. Just a few steps from the basilica and the charming town of Paray. Restaurant was very good, with special mention for the lady running it who worked at a tireless pace providing cheerful service. Bravo, madam! Only planned as a stopover, but a very pleasant surprise.

Nothing at all

Very new installation, nicely decorated and very clean. Comfortable room and bathroom. Super breakfast. Attentive staff. Ideally located to visit the center and religious sites. Will certainly come back.

Just as a suggestion, to have some wall hangers for coats and winter clothing... since the open wardrobe is small.

Everything in this hotel is wonderful -- the garden, the building, the interior design. So serene and beautiful. The town itself is a good stopover too for one day or half day trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved this hotel. I wish for more fresh breakfast options (vegetables or fruits).
