Upgraded to a beautiful, clean spacious room overlooking the road but didn't hear a thing! Great soundproofing if you don't open the window! Comfy bed, fluffy towels, the evening meal was very tasty; the shuttle driver was very helpful - and drove safely! Would give the hotel an 8.5.

No black tea on the courtesy tray and breakfast was a disappointment - no butter for bread, the eggs were cold and we had to wait quite some time for "sausage bites"... Might be helpful to have a list of TV channels and how to access them as the choice seemed very limited.

We just want to say thanks to the staff members, especially Miriam delightful Arab hospitality!! She’s been our angel. Me and my partner had a bad experience at the airport and missed the flight we had to find something quick last min and we were honestly so happy of the service and hospitality they all been so helpful. We definitely highly recommend the stay at the hotel if you have any urgency or last minute flight. Super handy. Thanks guys see you soon!

This is a nice airport hotel with a pretty good restaurant and stylish modern decor. The rooms are small but with built-in furniture so have an efficient layout. The bathroom is modern and very clean. The staff were all very professional and friendly, most spoke some English. We took the shuttle to the airport in the morning with no issues. Its about a 5 minute ride. All in all this is a good one night stay.

The first room we were given was on the back side of the hotel and very quiet however the AC didn't work so we were moved to another room on the street side which was somewhat noisy. The second room did not have the mini fridge in the cabinet and the shower head was broken but we didn't want to bother moving to a third room.

Luxury beautiful room, very spacious, nice staff, few minutes to the airport

There was a very disturbing cigarettes smell in the room, like someone was smoking there a few minutes before. I had to open both windows for half an hour to even be able to sit there.

The location is not fancy but it is close to the terminal stop of the T7, and the hotel was clean and very comfortable. We ate at a diner in the mall located in front of the hotel. And we were able to book the free shuttle for our very early morning flight so it was all we needed.

It does not look great from the outside but it is very nice inside. And the area is not one I would want to take a stroll around but having the mall in walking distance is practical.

The staff was great and made me feel welcomed. The shuttle to the airport was fast and the driver was professional. The entrance was stylish and modern, clean appearance and esthetics. The room was the right size for a solo traveler or couple travel. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. Clean room and bathroom. Love the full size mirror. 10 out of 10 recommend and will stay again of flying into Orly Airport.

Staff was great, manage to get room earlier, despite the location it’s noiseless, supermarket, pharmacy, mini mall, access to Paris all nearby very short walking distance

Breakfast choice

Very close to the airport and fast on demand shuttle service. Staff was courteous and super helpful. Room was pristine. This will become my stopover hotel of choice in Paris.

Staff were friendly

Room was cold and I couldn’t turn up the heat. Doors were locked when I arrived and I was outside for a while waiting to be let in.

Everything we needed was provided. We had a room with a large desk and bathroom for a good rest. We arrived late at night. We were able to have a delicious meal at the restaurant next to the entrance, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was also plentiful.
