The hotel was ok.

The staff at the front desk was VERY VERY MEAN and UNPROFESSIONAL AND WICKED! I got to the hotel earlier and requested to pay for an early check-in. The front desk staff bluntly told me that I needed to pay in EUR. I had USD. I also had a PAID reservation for 8 days. I asked that she should hold the USD(even in excess) and let me check in then after refreshing I would go change the money from USD to EUR. The last time I checked, USD is an international currency! I was literally shivering, hungry and exhausted from the long flight time but she refused to bulge! I had to wait many hours at the reception for the check-in time because I didn't even know my way around. I will never use this hotel and would never recommend it. Thank you.

The room was reasonably spacious and good. The cleaning frequency of one week is inadequate. Breakfast could be better.

The cleaning of rooms, is done only once a week. Any additional cleaning is to to paid extra. Rooms need to be cleaned on alternate days or once in three days at least.

Great comfy room. Clean and comfortable. Perfect location 5-10 minutes walk to metro.

Noisy fan in room and bathroom. The fan could not be turned off but turns off during the night.

The location is good, near the metro and bus stations. The presence of bathtub is really nice. There are many dishes and cooking utensils — you have everything if you want to cook.

I didn’t understand how to change air conditioner mode from “snowflake” to “sun”. The condition of some things is questionable: mattress was dirty (it was covered, but when I accidentally saw it, it wasn’t a pleasant view), bath door has a crack on it, bath mirror has strange black splat at the bottom. Double-sized bed was actually two adjacent one-sized beds — I almost fell, because I didn’t know that.

Big room size with a kitchen. Big toilet. Comfy beds. Quiet room with exceptional soundproofing. Quiet air conditioning. Supermarket next door. Very good value for money. Room is dark at night. Receptionist helped to booked a taxi to the airport for 7am.

Curtains did not fully block the early morning sunlight due to gaps at the top. 2 single beds joined together instead of a double bed. Soap and Shampoo ran out on the first night of stay which caused an inconvenience of going down to the reception to replace it. No daily housekeeping. Shower head is leaky and is about to be broken. Bathtub needs a handrail installed to make it easier to get up from the bathtub.

Accessible trips to hotel advice, don't use metros as there is no accessible lifts to metro line 5 from Paris nord gare to Ponte de Pantin I would advise to use buses and trams as they are both accessible travels in Paris

The room was good and clean, with the kitchen facility and utensils. Close to subway Porte de Pantin. Restaurants in La Villette or down the road.

We were provided with a room in the first floor, with no view (as advertised) and in front of the Tram stop station, with some noise in the morning.

Location was perfect for the convention I was attending. Staff member who checked me in was extremely helpful and friendly. Having a kitchen and fridge in the room was fantastic. Close to tram and metro stops and a supermarket next door.

My room had a very strong smell of garlic in it and the fridge had a bad odour. I had to go to the supermarket to buy cleaning products to try and eliminate it. The room was also a bit grubby (stains on the chair and walls).

The facilities in general were good, good breakfast. It was clean and it has everything you need if you wanted to cook.

The staff was helpful on certain occasions. However, we had to leave one day earlier and there was not refund or credit for it, knowing that I would return to Paris after 2 weeks of leaving the place. The location is not close to the city, but there is a metro and tram close by.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is not in the center, but only 5 minutes to get to the Metro. Supermarket is very close. Parking under the hotel and easy reachable by car. Metro 5 and 9 brings you to the center. The 19th is not the nicest part of Paris, but never felt unsafe (neither during the evenings).

Sticked to the 15:00 check-in time which was a bit more flexible in the past. Not a big deal, but a bit of flexibility is always appreciated.
