The location is just perfect for visiting Paris, just steps away from the Arch and Champs Elysees. It is extremely close to 2 metro stations (Charles de Gaulle Etoile and Ternes) and also from a public underground parking (very important if you use a car). Many eating options nearby. The neighborhood seemed very safe. The guys at the reception are very helpful and nice and they do their best to help. I arrived earlier and they give us the room almost three hours in advance. Thumbs up! The hotel has a small nice patio where you can stay and sip coffee or wine, but we didn’t use it. A big plus is the luggage room, where you can leave your baggage before or after chech-in/out (i wish they had a scale). Breakfast is quite nice and varied, packed with good quality products, and the breakfast room is never too crowded, as they have an extended schedule till 11 am for the late sleepers. Even though the room was rather small, we never felt cramped. The bed was confortable and the shower pressure was excelent. Our room had a balcony, from where you can see a glimpse or the Arch. There were a table and chairs on the balcony but we didnt spent time there as weather wasn’t good enough. The room was also fitted with a safe and a minibar (affordable prices). Very pleased by the daily cleaning service and the refills. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good, fair priced hotel in downtown Paris.

The minibar chiller in our room didnt worked. That didnt bothered us much, unless that we had to use the chiller at the reception for a medicine that had to stay cool. The toilet is fitted in a small room, separate from the rest of the bathroom, and it was at least akward. Also, in the bathroom and toilet room there were ants coming and going from time to time. The climatisation fan was rather noisy and could easily bother the light sleepers. Even though the room have a nice layout and design it needs refurbishing, not much, but some touches here and there, would make they stay much better.

Do not expect any help with your lugagge, even if the front desk is available. DO NOT ask any taxi arrangement from the front desk. I asked a taxi to the airport for Sunday 6am. I was informed that it would cost 50 euros. At the end the taxi driver said that it was agreed 70 euros. Unfortunately it was too early in the morning, my lugagge was already in the taxi and I didn’t have time to order another one. Unfortunately I realized that I was tricked as the driver called to thank the frontdesk. He didn't know that I speak French and I understood the entire content of the conversation.

I abhorred the fact that I was deceived regarding the taxi price agreed between the driver and the frontdesk employee

Great location next to Arc de Triomphe, close to Metro station, good breakfast, helpful staff (especially Mr Reda who was very friendly and helpful), good WiFi.

After check in we were given a room on the ground floor at the back of the hotel. There was a continuous noise in the room, a not very pleasant smell, the view was at the backyard and there was a limited signal on our mobile phones (and no data signal at all!). The bathroom had an old door leading to a yard! We asked to change room and we were informed that there was availabitity for the next day and so it happened. The new room had a nice view at Wagram str and was exactly as the photos in booking. The first room was dissapointing but the new room was as expected.

The location is perfect: 5 min by walk from the Arc de Triumph and very close to the metros and bus stops. The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast : very good: fresh products and very tasty( loved the yogurt especially- as the croissant and the rest were very good- as expected) The staff: friendy ,professional ,Very approchable and alot a good mood and vibe they bring.

The time of the release of the funds booked in the credit card for the reservation too: it's more then 10 days i have the amount reserved in my credit card and not released yet... i am sure it's a matter of the hotel as 1 week before, in Paris again , in another structure,the sum reserved for the reservation in the credit card was released immediately after paying the hotel once arrived... Overall the experince was very worthit given the price.

I asked for a room with very good air conditioning as the weather was supposed to be hot on my day of arrival. Not only was the air conditioning working perfectly, but I was given a room on the 1st floor in a corner (106), which afforded me more privacy and quiet. It was a much larger room than ones I had previously stayed in and the room had a view of a quiet courtyard. The bathroom also had a bath/shower. The reception staff was attentive and friendly. All in all, an excellent stay at the hotel Ceramic.

The price is a little high but prices in Paris have exploded, so given the location, it is no surprise.

This was the best place we stayed on the trip. The location is PERFECT and our balcony had a nice view of the Arc de Triomphe. The elevator is tight but works well. The staff is beyond helpful. The view from our balcony was exceptional. Really... stay here if you want easy access to all Paris has to offer and at a reasonable price. For those who, like me, love to use the Metro, this is the place to be. See the entire city with a Metro pass and save your feet a little wear and tear.

If there were two rooms instead of one large one but that cannot be easily changed.

The hotel is situated in a very good location 3 minutes from ternes metro station,Charles de Gaulle–Étoile metro station,Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. The staff was very nice and helpful with every need. The room was good, it had a large bed and a big shower. Overall I had a very good experience and felt that the price was relatively low (considering the fact that Paris is not a cheap place). When I come back to Paris I will definitely consider staying there again.

I think the only thing they need to consider is to start using a safe with a code and not a key. A safe with a key seems kind of outdated (don't remember when was the last time I saw a safe with a key). The reason a key is problematic is you might lose it and with a code even if you forget they can open it.

Location was great, we enjoyed not staying right in the most overcrowded busy tourist area but still close to everything. The room was lovely, everything we wanted, enough space and 2 beds as requested. Didn't have breakfast but we saw it and it was very tiny so would recommend to explore all of the amazing cafes in Paris. The service was superb - super friendly and lovely staff at the reception. No complains about room service.

The bathrooms are quite old but it didn't bother us. There was also a subtle smell of smoke in the hallway (I guess some people smoke in their rooms just with the open windows), but in the room it was ok.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Elysees Ceramic. Location is wonderful, right by the Arc de Triomphe. Walking distance to the busy Champs Elysees. Quadruple room was comfortable for the family. Breakfast was great. Reda at the front desk was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Thank you.

The bathroom shower door design is not good. Water spills out every single time you take a shower. It needs to be fixed.

Everything was great, starting from the first "Bonjour" upon arrival. The person at the reception was very pleasant and willing to accommodate our earlier check in as we arrived far in advance, giving that we had a morning flight in and our daughter was exhausted. We were welcomed in warmly and without hesitation. The room was cosy and clean, lovely design throughout made our stay a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place.
