Hôtel de Banville is a pretty hotel with a family run feel. Of course this is in Paris so expect small rooms and bathrooms but our bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful- especially Antonio who really wants to ensure you have a great experience in Paris and helps you in any way that he can which was great. I like the proximity to transport links, there is a bus stop across the road and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the Champs Elysee by bus. There is also a Métro station less than five minutes away with a few cafes/bistros outside. The area is quiet which of course is ideal once you are ready to get some rest as Paris really doesn’t sleep in the busier areas. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you again to Antonio and also Alexandre for a lovely stay.

The rooms get very hot in the night time

The hotel was lovely, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. We were able to check in early (free of charge) and also had a free room upgrade on arrival which was very kind of the hotel. The staff on main reception were more than helpful, giving us recommendations to visit and route guides to get to destinations we wish. There is someone on the front desk 24 hours a day which is also very helpful. The location is in a quieter area which is very peaceful and about a 2 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Overall a brilliant stay, would definitely stay here again!

amazing hotel with the most stunning view of the Effie tower. We stayed in room 83 and it was gorgeous with a lovely bathroom. I arrived on my birthday and was left a lovely welcome note and macaroons which was a nice gesture. 5mins walk from the metro. Nice cafes and restaurants around the area

just be aware about ordering room service. we ordered breakfast in bed for €20 each and we only had a couple of cossaints and half a baguette brought to us, we where not informed that if we wanted the rest of the breakfast that was supplied we would of needed to come down to the breakfast area anyway, so I would avoid ordering ‘breakfast in bed’

Really enjoyed the homey feel of the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. Beautiful modern Parisian aesthetic with friendly staff. I love that you have an actual key to get into your room instead of a card so you won’t lose your room key. Rooms accessible by a decent size lift.

Nothing! would be nice to have some slippers or a robe in the room but I brought my own so that was okay.

Great room, a lot of space. Bathroom did not have a normal door but rather a gliding glass door which did not close all the way. Still, it gave enough privacy and did not represent a problem for us. The Hotel also has an elevator, which is great, as we were accommodated at the second and fourth floors (we were two couples in total). There were free toiletries, a lovely note from the hotel staff to welcome us, along with two macarons that we enjoyed. We also received complimentary bottles of water - highly appreciated, especially for the first night when we had just arrived and had nowhere to get water from. In the hotel lobby there was a coffee machine which had great tasting coffee and which was free to use for any hotel guest.

The prices for the breakfast felt a bit too steep, especially considering the fact that there are places where you can get pastries for cheap, really close to the hotel. Still, considering we were able to get free coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby, I wouldn't necessarily consider this to be a huge problem.

I liked everything. I'm an experienced traveler, have stayed in many hotels around the world, including Paris, and can say that Hotel de Banville is really fantastic! The hotel looks like it has just been renovated) it's owners and staff take very good care of it. Stylish interiors, delicious (and abundant) breakfasts, coffee machine available for the guests all day long, very convenient location, and - above all - its staff. Always friendly, ready to help, professional. now I know the place where to stay when I come to Paris again.

everything was perfect, and nice staff and they upgraded our room for free it’s was nice surprise 😇

could not fault this property on anything, super clean and well presented. location wise was good everything within reach, metro station is literally on the same street! staff were very friendly and helpful! even had macaroons on arrival in room which we felt were a lovely touch! I’d say the only thing that the hotel would benefit from which it doesn’t have, is robes an slippers in the room would definitely stay again!

I liked the quiet location, the good connection to anywhere in Paris (the metro is a few minutes' walk away), the room itself which was pleasantly decorated, clean and welcoming, the reception area and the staff who were very friendly. Thank you for my stay!
