The location is ideal to access main metro station; walking distance from large avenues filled with boutiques, restaurants and cafés and at the same time the direct neighboord is not noisy at all. The Staff very welcoming and helpful. They spoke many languages which was very convenient the Hotel was very clean Beds are comfortable Room vith nice view on large street and beautiful traditional french buildings We had a very nice experience, we would definitely recommand this hotel and book there again for our next stay in Paris.

Bathrooms are a little bit narrow but it is usually the case in traditional old buildings Rooms are not soundproofed and in the morning when all guests are going up and down it can be a bit annoying. but the staff is very helpful in making sure to reduce the nuisance when it happens. Again, very normal for traditional old buildings. Despite it , the neighborhood being quiet, we never experienced any discomfort in that matter during evenings.

The staff were so friendly & inviting and the furniture/facilities were all spotless and in great condition. We had plenty of space even with a portacot in the room. The location is fantastic, close to the Champs Elysees and therefore the Metro and Arc de triumph

We did book a transfer to the airport with a car seat however when the car arrived there was no car seat which was very disappointing. We would have caught the metro had we been advised in advance. So be careful to ask if it's guaranteed.

The staff were amazing from start to finish. They immediately upgraded us to a superior room with a balcony. On checking in to our room I discovered I had the wrong suitcase - someone had taken mine on the bus from the airport. The staff helped me resolve the situation and I got my suitcase back very quickly. The rooms are beautiful and there is complimentary coffee on the ground floor. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Arc-De-Treomphe and the Champs-Elsyee. The staff were all very helpful in showing us what to do, where to go and what to see. I could not recommend this hotel more - plus the toiletries are beautiful and smell great. 10/10

Room and Convenience: Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Room, equipment and toilets were all clean and new. They have a 24 hr coffee machine with few snacks freely available which was very convenient. Location and Public Transport: 5 mins walk from Arc De Triomphe! Bus stop is right outside the hotel. 10 mins walk to Train Station.

Hotel Le Friedland was an exceptional hotel, superbly maintained, and offers a lovely breakfast. The staff were able to communicate with us easily in English (which we appreciated) and answered all of our questions. The beds were the best of all on our entire 2 week European trip, and the AC was exceptional and controlled in the room. We loved the location, and felt very well cared for during our stay.

perfectly central, you park your car by reservation 7 min walk from the hotel and you can walk by all favourite destinations or use uber….

the walls are skin… I had the pleasure of two family’s above or next to me, no chance of proper sleep and 6:30 my night was over, kids needed to get showerd which was their nightmare 😰

I organised a business trip for our employees to stay at the hotel. The hotel complimented their experience in Paris and exceeded all expectations. They said the staff go above and beyond to make their trip as pleasant as possible. I am so pleased we booked this hotel and will recommend it to all, especially those planning business trips and always skeptical and have the added pressure of not knowing what the experience will be like.

This is a chic, clean and comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. Just a block or so away from the Champs Élysées and the Arc De Triumph, there is no shortage of things to see or do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The staff are both helpful and courteous; the rooms tastefully appointed and relatively spacious for Paris.

Check-out time tends to get a little busy and staff are only able to process one guest at a time. Make sure you leave plenty of time for this...best not to leave in a rush or a fluster like I did!

The location is very good and is a few minite walk to arc de triomphe and champ de elysees. Staff are friendly and helpful.

nothing much to dislike, though would have enjoyed the terrace if there is no construction on the building across from our room. Its uncomfortable even to open the door to the tarrace or open the curtains to let the sun in the room as the workers can see directly to our room.

It's the third time I've stayed at this hotel and it's great. The staff are helpful, kind and friendly. The room and cleanliness are impeccable. There is a coffee machine available all day for free.

One downside is that breakfast doesn't have many hot options. The shower only has a glass wall only half way and ends up wetting the bathroom a little during the shower, but this is a European standard.
