This is a wonderful,fantastic,clean,charming little hotel with a friendly,professional engaging staff especially the manager. There were three of us in a room so it was a little crowded. There is a tasty bakery across the street and resturants and shops within walking distance. It is very easy to get around either walking(I am a 73 y/o not active retired woman) or by local bus. There are free juices, coffee /tea ,fruits and pastries in the morning and you can eat outside because they have a wonderful well kept garden right in the center of the hotel. The Arche du Triumph and Hop on Hop offf bus are walking distance. I would stay here again gladly.

From what we stayed so far in Paris, this was one of the best hotels: superb and central location, nice breakfast and buffet during the day to keep you up, clean rooms, stable wifi, good bathroom, cozy and green garden, very friendly and polite stuff, Plus, as they are chain of hotels, you can use the same facilities in their other hotels. Super cool experience!

I understand that having a garden means you have some animals in there too, while seeing mice inside the 4* hotel building might be off to some :))

The staff were phenomenal. The breakfasts had a broad variety of choices to fuel you for the day. Having tea with a book in the garden was just the perfect, peaceful cap on the afternoon after a day enjoying Paris. The hotel is convenient to 3 metro stations, there’s a grocery store a few feet away, and there are good restaurants in easy walking distance.

The only drawback was the shower flooding the bathroom. the door isn’t installed properly.

I loved the neighborhood this hotel was located in, very much a locals atmosphere, and removed from the crazy tourists area, but you can easily walk from this location to all the popular spots. Hotel is very well maintained. We stayed in the suite (apartment) which are the largest rooms and it was great, large bathrooms and great king bed. Check out the huge doves that hang out in the garden.

The hotel is in a refurbished mansion in the 17th arr -- a great location close to attractions, surrounded by restaurants and cafes and public transportation but tucked away, too, so it's easy to get around Paris but relaxing and quiet back at the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and the mid-day baked goods were a super bonus -- we'd usually return to the hotel for a quick refresh and the wonderful selection of treats, teas and coffees were immensely appreciated and enjoyed! Our room was "spacious" by Paris standards (we got the Superior Double with Garden View) with a lovely view over the garden. And a special thanks to the hotel staff -- this was our first trip to Paris and our French is very limited and they were incredibly kind, patient and helpful throughout.

Everything was great.

Staff were amazing, checked us in early and helped with our bags. After a long travel day this was so nice. Location was great, many nice places to eat close and Arc de Triumph was only 10 min walk away. Eiffel tower was about 30-40 mins walk.

Airport transfer was way more expensive than hotels in North America, was cheaper to Uber. Would have hoped they had a spa and weight room at the hotel but they did offer one that was free at another property.

Our prestige room was large by Parisian standards and beautifully decorated. It is a boutique hotel and a little quirky. The garden is lovely and is a welcome escape from the bustle of the streets. Loved the breakfast and the afternoon tea, set out in the breakfast room from two o’clock onwards. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean.

Everything about this beautiful boutique hotel was very nice, hotel staff very nice and helpful, nice atmosphere, very good breakfast and nice drinks and food available at all times for free, it was really nice to enjoy a hot chocolate when you come in after a long walk in Paris cold whether! We went to Palma and returned back for one more night and it really felt like returning home ! I would definitely stay here everytime I visit lovely Paris !

Construction around the hotel but it was really not a great inconvenience

Staff were fantastic. Great parking facilities. Great location. They have a network of hotels across Paris which you can drop into to use the facilities and grab a drink, to take some well-needed respite from the bustling Parisian streets. You can park your car in the gated courtyard for 30 euros per night to prevent your beloved from collecting scratches and dents, as is the case with many cars in Paris. The courtyard has a camera so your car is perfectly safe. The staff are very friendly, always going above and beyond. Besides that, the location is brilliant, just 15 mins walk to the Arc and another 5 to reach the famous shopping street Champs-Elysees. Thank you for your hospitality. We will surely return. I couldn't get the AC to work but maybe it was just me.

The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and had blackout curtains. The bathrooms were clean and relatively modern. We were about a 8-9 minute walk to the subway/metro and about a 12-15 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Travelling with kids, they had a family room which was convenient. Two separate rooms were accessed by one main door.

It is not the most modern hotel, but we also got it for a fair price. If you want to be close to the action then this hotel is not for you, although the metro system is very good and you can get anywhere very easily.
