Pretty building inside and out, and right in town. Good bathroom.

There were flies around at breakfast. It was probably just a one off but it is off putting. Also I was arriving late and they rang to say I'd have to let myself in. As a lone driver after a 7 hour trip, and with no guidance on where to park, I was a little scared wandering the streets of an unknown town and entering a dark hotel alone. Once in all was fine but I would have preferred the welcome I expected from a hotel with a reception area. Still a nice place though.

We loved our stay at this typically French hotel. The room was basic but clean and perfect for our stop over - I would have been happy to stay a second night which is unusual for me! The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of cured meats, cheeses, pastries - even the welcome boiled egg. Fresh orange juice from the orange squashing machine - so delicious. Really good coffee even! The public areas are really well furnished, giving an air of authentic French opulence of the era of its age. The location a few minutes walk from the historic the centre of the town is fantastic, as is the town itself. Traditionally French, but ancient, with a perfect balance of tradition and the buzz of a well loved, busy working town. Would go back in a flash.

The cleaning of the stairs and hallways. These were not so clean and we did see a dog, who was being dragged down the stairs by its owner, pee all the way down and then into the entrance lobby. There wasn't anyone else around to see this, but it looked as though the stain would simply merge in with the other stains. This was our only negative.

This place is a gem. All the charm of the 1950s with the style and decor of the 2020s. The room was huge, air conditioning worked, staff was extremely nice, free parking on the hill across the road. My special request was handled exceptionally well.

Wifi was really unusable after 8pm, fine at 6am, bring your own modem unless it was something really specific to my room. Free parking on the hill isn't well lit and very tight in places, hotel offers paid parking opposite the entrance. Bathroom a little overdue for a redecoration.

This hotel is locally owned. We search for these smallish 2 or 3 star hotels in France as they are more authentic; give you a better local experience; usually are located in the centre ville; and have individual style and decor. These types of hotels are fast disappearing for a variety of economic reasons. We try to support the local economy. That said,the Hotel Moliere is just steps away from the old medieval part of the city, the shops, restaurants and the very impressive Saturday market. But yet the rooms are pin drop quiet at night. The air conditioning works well and the bathrooms are completely redone, spacious and modern. Breakfast is copious, fresh and very French. In all we loved our stay.

The only drawback is parking which is a bit complicated and troublesome. But that is to be expected in the center of an old and picturesque town like Pezenas.

Great location with dozens of great restaurants on site. Room was really nice and cool despite a heat wave outside. Apartment-Room was really spacious and had full size fridge, coffee maker etc. Great breakfast with everything (at €12 pp you can find cheaper next door, so it's worth it if you're hungry).

Dropping off with luggage was a bit tricky as the area is busy. Free parking is about 200m away.

The hotel staff were welcoming and had.sorted out our parking as arranged. The room was spacious and clean. We were welcomed with our 2 dogs and had ample room. The hotel is brilliantly positioned on the edge of town. The town is beautiful, full of shops and lovely bars and restaurants.

Nothing

The location was excellent. The room was very clean and the bathroom seems to be lately renovated. We (we were seven persons) loved to enjoy breakfast outside in the terrace of the hotel. The breakfast was good. The hotell staff was very kind.

The only negative thing was the small window in our rooms. It was quite dark in the rooms because of the small window.

Loved the location! The staff were friendly and super helpful and we also enjoyed the excellent variety at breakfast. Oh and the very efficient air con was superb as it was hot when we were there. Also good to be offered private off street parking which we used.

wonderful location, very friendly staff that had English language capabilities. Simple but very comfortable room with balcony, good breakfast. A good value and pleasant experience.

Not much not to like. Somewhat sparse but that was very minor.

The hotel is beautiful, nice rooms, good shower, good bathroom, comfy beds, great breakfast and they helped us to park our car securely, arriving from Spain late in the evening this was a real bonus. Big thanks tot the staff, she was very helpful. We loved the little village as well, easy access.

I think that people could notice traffic on the street, it didn't bother me though, I slept like a baby, which is a real sign the hotel was comfortable.
