Everything - extremely clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms and beautiful classy decor (we had interconnecting rooms with a lovely terrace). Beds were very comfortable. The indoor sitting area was lovely to have a drink as was the gardens. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The Italian restaurant next door was some of the best Italian food we have ever had. We won't forget our stay here for the night.

Thought it odd not to have a small fridge in the room - that would have been handy but did not detract from our stay

Courteous arrival procedure with excellent facility description. Rooms varied in style and fittings but everything was immaculate. Breakfast was outstanding with superb plain omelette offered. Heaps of everything you could want in a Continental brekky. Beautiful garden for drinks or meals..

It had been a warm day and rooms were quite warm all night ( top floor). No air con anywhere. The elevator was a one-person affair, tubular, about 50cm across. Stairs were wide but quite steep and would have presented a challenge for elderly or infirm. I doubt wheelchair accessibility.

The hotel is located in a nice old town house, but is very well renovated. Eveything is very clean and weiil maintained. Outside there is a car parking and and very special small garden. The breakfast is basic, but of good quality. On request one can get eggs or crepes. The whole staff is outstanding friendly and helpful.

The list of recommended restaurants: the best around - Le Sillon de Bretagne - was missing. :-)

Absolutely amazing experience ❤️ Wonderful staff, beautiful room. The garden was so beautiful and peaceful. The continental breakfast was excellent. The lift is something to see and was so much fun! Le Mont St Michel was a ten minute drive from this wonderful hotel 😍 Would highly recommend this amazing hotel to everyone 😀

There were no negatives at all

The room was very good, clean and vintage furnitures with a great view of the backyard garden.

The pillows were not comfortable and the breakfast is very limited for 15€ price - just a few bread, two cheese, few jams, cold crepes and eggs. There was not even a good variety of viennoisseries being a French hotel.

Location was perfect for our stop at Mont St Michael . Room was spotless spacious and comfy .

There was a bath shower attachment but no where to hang it - so I had to sit in the bath to try and wash my long hair . We could not figure out how to plug the sink so that my partner could shave either . Lots of beautiful design but practicality lacking we felt ! (Room 5)

This hotel took us in with a days notice after a hotel we booked canceled on us less than 24 hours before we were supposed to stay. They had a very comfortable bed and friendly staff. The hotel was very quaint and had everything we needed.

Wifi was a bit spotty at times.

Very comfortable bed with high thread count bedding and good pillows. Parking on site and good bike storage. Very good breakfast.

Only a Bath in the newly renovated bathroom with a shower hand held attachment. No shower curtain so a quick shower is not an option.

The room was comfy and clean. I don't eat breakfast, but the receptionist made me a latte in the morning, which was very nice.

Having a 24 hour reception area is nice when you are travelling solo, Had to enter the back of the property at night.

We arrived to Pontorson much later than initially expected and Caroline at reception was very understanding and very welcoming once we arrived. The room was perfect and the bed was SOO comfortable! I cannot attest to the breakfast as we went to a nearby patisserie and enjoyed it on our terrace.

We arrived late and left early, but there was really nothing wrong with our stay. In fact, we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
