So my daughter decided to leave her purse behind in the hotel room, and the staff contacted me later and arranged to post the purse, going back and forth to the post office to get it sorted as well as keeping me updated. These are the things that make a place stand out. The triple room was large enough and clean enough for all 3 of us. The velux window shut out the noise from outside very well. The hotel is calm and outside the doors you are in the nearly pedestrianised area of Pornichet and about 1 minute from the beach.

Restaurant being renovated, but there were plenty of places to eat a short stroll away so not a problem.

A convenient location between the beach and the market square. The room on the top floor was large and well arranged, with a good-size bathroom. The underground parking and the possibility to have our cat with us was much appreciated. The open lobby with several sitting areas is very nicely arranged.

The only inconvenience was synthetic bedlinen, making sleeping less comfortable.

Everything was good about our stay in this hotel. The hotel is ideally located close to the sea and the old port and market of Pornichet. The hotel is very well equipped and every service you could want is available. The decor and furniture is modern and immaculately clean. Above all, every one of the staff we had contact with were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We loved the location, the separate toilet and balcony. We also loved the breakfast.

Our shower was cold. We were offered access to another shower though. Also, a lot of condensation accumulated on the patio door….not something I expect anyone to help with.

Maria at the reception always great, even though my requested room type was booked, she managed to get me another one and changed it the next day. Thank you for the coffees also, it was awesome 🤩

I wish only they had cleaning in the apartments at least every second day.

Very clean, comfortable and cool(on a particularly hot and humid day). Good location near the beach and surrounded by food market, bars, bakery, cafes and restaurants.

We had no issues at all.

Great location and superb family room together with good communication prior to us arranging with my questions being answered quickly and in a nice manner

Breakfast was very good and perfect location. The price is really good for the level of services.

Reservation for parking spot, and you have to pay 15 euros per day for parking spot.
