All the staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful Jerome, Eve and Assey.Breakfast was very good and location was fantastic, couple of minutes from motorway and tram to Dijon center across the road. Just a pity it needs investment to improve the facilities because everything else is spot on.

Bathroom was in immediate need of an upgrade and no air con and no sign of it being repaired so did not sleep well at all ,the addition of a fan would be helpful if this is going to be the norm and this was not the height of summer.

We have stayed here several times (both while it was a Kyriad and since the change of ownership) for an overnighter on the way from Italy to UK, as the location is good, fairly close to the motorway and opposite a large shopping centre which we enjoy exploring. The large Carrefour is great. The hotel appears to have very few front-end staff but they have been the same staff each time we've visited recently and are very welcoming and speak excellent English. The bathrooms are a little tired but okay, and the beds are comfortable (to our taste, including the pillows which are not too soft, and there was an extra pillow in the cupboard). There is a kettle and tea/coffee; the kettle is vital in our opinion! Reasonably good buffet breakfast.

We booked a triple room this time, for the two of us, just to see if the room is usefully bigger; the standard rooms are quite small. Frankly it didn't much help; the room was perhaps a little bigger/less claustrophobic, but all it gave us was somewhere to dump our coats on the extra single bed. And still they only had one chair in the room; we do wish they would have two. The wash basin didn't look especially clean, mostly because it was well worn; the bathrooms do need an update. I wish they had at least one English-speaking TV channel, such as France 24 in English for the news.

As advertised! Located in a mixed residential/commercial area. A place to sleep and keep my car safe en route to Calais. Nice staff. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Huge Carrefour next door!

No lift, and I have a bad knee, but I could have changed my room had I not been so travel weary! Make sure you have a 2 pin euro plug adapter, as there is only 1 electrical outlet. I managed to get one from reception. The bathroom was a little shabby, but towels were clean.

We stayed here for one night on our way to the Alps. The hotel is situated really close to the A39 so a perfect stop over. The hotel is clean and quiet and the room was very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. There are several restaurants down the road - one Italian restaurant which served delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel

Staff were very friendly, manager gave us our rooms earlier than expected as we arrived before check in time. staff rushed around for us to get the rooms ready.

There was no major issues and everything was as expected, you get what you pay for so no complaints from my friends about any of the six rooms we booked.

We've stayed at this Kyriad several times over recent years as its location on the way back from Italy is perfect. Last time was in June 22 and I wasn't too impressed, but this time (end of Aug 22) it was a lot better and more like their pre-Covid service. Check-in time wasn't restricted (though it is on a Monday, which was my June arrival day). We have to acknowledge that the pandemic caused the hotel industry huge problems, and it does feel like they are running with a bare minimum staff level. But the two front-end staff members here were superb. The guy manning morning reception also looked after the breakfast room. He was kept very busy but still had time to welcome every guest with nice words and a smile as they came for breakfast. He then asked guests as they checked out if they'd had a good stay. Okay, he's following company policy no doubt, but the way he greeted people was natural and sincere. I didn't get his name but we checked out on 31st Aug 22, so Kyriad can work it out and give the lad a rise! Brilliant attitude. Similar on the evening we checked in, when I recognised the young lady on reception from a trip a couple of years earlier; which suggests they are good at retaining staff. Again, she was very pleasant and helpful. Both spoke excellent English. Breakfast wasn't quite up to pre-Covid quality in terms of choice, but nonetheless good. The rooms are what they are here; on the small side. No English/US channels on the TV. But perfectly acceptable for an overnighter.

I have to be critical on the bathroom; my wife felt it had not been cleaned thoroughly. First thing she did was to clean the sink plughole, and she wouldn't consider having a bath. Frankly I didn't think it was that bad, but I usually only shower, and I don't have the woman's eye! She did have a point. When we turned the top cover of the bed, there was an empty envelope in the fold, addressed to the room for the previous occupier. No big deal but it suggests the room was not prepared quite as well as we'd expect, even though it looked okay. It could well be that the staff employed are simply too few to do the usual more thorough job, but it's not for me to make excuses for them!

It is a simple basic hotel, which was exactly what we needed for an overnight stop en route. The staff were excellent, most helpful, and the breakfast also very good. The room was nice and clean, and the hotel is dog friendly.

There wasn't much space in the room for storing pocket contents.

The receptionist on the Sunday evening was very helpful. In addition to being a Sunday it was also 14 July - Bastille Day!! Very few restaurants open but the receptionist found an open one in Dijon and recommended we use the tram which was just behind the hotel.

Lateness of checking in time

Good clean comfortable hotel, breakfast was lovely and staff very helpful. It was in the middle of a heat wave and there was no refrigeration in the room, but apart from that nice hotel to stay.

Nice location near shopping, Carrefour etc just side. Easy access from highways. Renovation lately done, ok. .

WiFi near nothing. Slow, evening under 500kb s.. And cutting Off time To time. No straming possible. Pls add network capacity SOONEST.! Thin walls between rooms. Noices easily heard
