Lovely, clean apartment, warm and comfortable and loads of hot water. Really nice views from the apartment (we had a small apartment that slept five, it was compact but well laid out). Good parking nearby and friendly staff. Great swimming pool, understandably busy but had a sauna, two jacuzzis, pool play equipment and was very child friendly and felt very safe with two lifeguards present.

The pool hours were a bit limiting, opening at 10 and closing at 8, plus they sometimes closed early. So if you wanted to have a day out you’d have to get back early to get to use the pool, which didn’t work for us, but not a problem if you just hung around locally. We went during the October school holiday so maybe a little out of season and the hours are perhaps different at other times of year. A chopping board would have been useful in the apartment kitchen, but it was generally very well equipped.

It's a good choice for families with kids. There are three of us, but I have booked a place for five as the three-place property is too small for three people. The property was clean and in a great location—only a 25-minute drive to Deauville and 18 minutes' drive to U-Xpress supermarket. The beds are comfortable and the parking area is close to the property. You have free access to the swimming pool, hot tub, and indoor playground during your stay. The heating in the property was great.

A bit of cutting grass would improve things. The living room is a bit too small than expected. the showers in the swimming pool didn't work very well. I received 50 confirmation emails. The lighting is a bit limited at night in the residence area.

perfect for few days stay, quiet, hot and cold water, working heating, all you need in kitchen plus dishwasher... good location.. nice receptionist spoken excellent english, when emailed i had response back...

extra charges for early check in... not heard of anywhere else in europe....sadly room was ready and empty ... i can imagine if it wasn't ready and full summer season... seems a bit odd... i would prefer pay extra for longer hours of using swimming pool than early check in... they pool closes now at 7pm where i could happy pay for longer hours

The maisonette is perfect for 5 adults and one child. It has all the necessary amenities, the beds are comfortable and there is a parking area close to it. At the back of the maisonette from the terrace the kids have access to a big field where they can play with others - and where dogs can run around too. The swimming pool has a spa area with steam room and sauna - sadly the sauna was out of order when we were there. There is a mini-supermarket on site (where pastries for breakfast can be pre-ordered) and a restaurant that does takeout.

We loved the location with beautiful scenery and lots of trees and woodland. Also lots of wildlife - my sons loved watching the bats come out at dusk and listening to the crickets. The play facilities for the kids were amazing, as well as the pools and the crazy golf so there was plenty to do.

It was very hot and sunny which was great but we really needed an umbrella for the patio as the sun was too intense there.

Great value. The apartment was not big, but had everything necessary. The personell was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke English fluently. The facilities were great, the swimming pool, the playground.

The magic show was only in French and started a bit late (21:30) for our children, so they feel asleep. But it was still a nice experience.

We loved the pool and indoor playground. The dining table accomodated all of us. The little terrace and drying rack were very nice and useful.

We needed more pots and pans in the kitchen of different sizes. The bar had very limited opening times, we couldn't get the children ice cream in the afternoon.

Staff pleasant. Site clean and tidy. Was exactly what we were expecting. Good value for money.

Rooms small, especially if more than two people. Not enough food preparation workspace. Could do with general updating. Recycling could be simplified and better signage.

Beautifully disposed little houses which were very well kept. Same with the gardens and common areas. The house is well organised and equipped, providing you with little things you don’t carry in general as washing liquid or dishwasher tablets. The swimming pool areas is also very nice.

Nothing that I can think of! Maybe just that the one storey houses were more spacious and better disposed than the two storey ones.

Great location, 30 mins drive from Caen.

The apartment was very small, but fine for two people sharing. It was good value for money overall, and the holiday village had great facilities and friendly and helpful staff.
