The hotel was close to Nantes Airport. Staff were very helpful, polite approachable, especially Chloe who was brilliant. Couldn't have found the hotel without her help. She went above and beyond.Nothing was too much bother. Her English language was also very good. The other staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast looked good but we had to leave the hotel to pick up a friend so not enough time. However, we did have coffee and the breakfast looked good.

We could not find the hotel with the address from Booking.com . The address we entered into the GPS took us to a street 12 miles away from our hotel !!!!! Phoned hotel and Chloe told us the number of the street the hotel could be found. Luckily my friend had installed Waze on my mobile phone as Chloe suggested i put in the full address of the hotel which we did and arrived with no problems.

Clean and gated parking

Any traveler who sleeps in that bed and sweats will soak the mattress with his own sweat and smell..Breakfast is pathetic, only salty or sweet food..I knew the French care about their health, apparently not at the hotel, they might at least provide some vegetables for lack of creativity in the kitchen...

The decor is pleasant, the hotel looks new so everything is in good condition, the staff were pleasant and helpful and especially the lady at reception when we arrived, she was very friendly and helpful.

The location was a little isolated. Initially we thought it was industrial (it was dark when we arrived) but next morning we could see there was alot of building works in the area. We would have liked a kettle in our room

Very clean and tidy. Fairly new building. Had an evening meal which was very nice.

The car park is too small at the moment but there is some building work in the area ( did not affect our stay ) so maybe it will get enlarged soon? It’s not exactly an airport hotel. It’s a good 10 minute drive and public transport not really possible so you would need a car ( or a taxi but they are not always available as not used much in France! )

A wonderful welcome even out of hours. Lovely and clean. The night staff couldn’t do more to help and were friendly and polite. Breakfast was a mix of continental with bacon and eggs available. If I’m in the area I would definitely stay here again. A definite recommendation.

New, very clean rooms, comfortable bed, good linens. Great location for us and easy access off the peripherique. Free parking and a nice bar.

The air conditioning understandably only works with the room key but it also shuts off throughout the night (not due to the thermostat-it actually completely shuts off) and cannot be moved under 22 C. This was frustrating because it was quite warm on our first night and we were awoken by the heat to turn it back on constantly. We tried to just open the window but you then have the noise of the highway and the window only opens a crack-not enough to ventilate the room. Also the pillows could use an upgrade.

Quiet rooms, comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, helpful night reception staff

Evening reception staff. He completely forgot to book a taxi for me (even though I had told him twice upon checkin). It was very stressful to find out at 3:55 am my 4am taxi had not been scheduled!!! Luckily it took less than 10’ for the night reception staff to find me one. Thanks a lot to them. The room could have a chair… there was a small table desk but no chair.

Antione on reception was really great and went over and beyond to solve an issue with the booking (and a last minute need for a family room) that I believe was out of his control and ours. Anyway he found a solution and we were very grateful. Thanks Antione- we will recommend this hotel and hope to return at some stage. Regards Paul

The toilets in my room were in a weird way facing the sink… which made it awkward for me to sit down. No space at all

Great hotel standard relatively close to the airport at a very fair price. Will absolutely when the situation allows it. A restaurant was only100m away and it seemed quite fine.

An airport shuttle would have been excellent (and obvious) and so would a coffee machine in the room. The wardrobe was quite awkward with tiny opening, but no big issue, was only surprised
