Well located with Pool on the roof. The room was clean and had everything you needed. Abmarket is just around the corner. It has garage, air conditioning and a big terrace. All in all was perfect to spend the holiday. Train station is also close.

The only thing that was not everyday annoying was that the neighbours were loud during late night hours. The property shall print the house rules and give them to the guest. It is stated that no party is allowed but it is not stated that during the night loud conversation on the terrace shall not be allowed. This point shall be taken as an improvement. Not everyone wants to sleep with air conditioning and windows closed.

The location is excellent. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there’s a Carrefour City supermarket next door. We thought it would be good for the basics and we’d have to go to a bigger supermarket to get the rest, but it actually provided everything we needed for the fortnight, including fresh bread throughout the day. Carnoles-Roquebrune station is only a 10 minute walk away, from where you can get the train into Italy or along the coast to Nice and Cannes. Although we had driven down we hardly used the car except for a couple of trips that were too long by public transport. There are a number of bars and restaurants in the immediate area, but we found there’s a better and bigger selection in Menton, which is just a few minutes on the train or a 35 minute or so walk. Parking in the underground car park felt very secure. Apartment was generally well equipped and clean, with plenty of storage for clothes and a good sized balcony. The rooftop pool was a really nice setup as well. There was also the bonus of the maid service halfway through the stay changing the bedding and replacing the towels.

Although it was generally well equipped and clean, there’s no oven, which restricted what we could cook a little bit. The microwave is a combi microwave but it’s just not as effective. There was also a bit of mould in the corner of the shower. The main problem was the shower couldn’t maintain a consistent temperature. It almost constantly varied from quite cold to very hot and every temperature in between.

The location is perfect for using the train to visit places on the riviera, especially for Monaco and Monte Carlo which is only 2 stops away. It is perfect for self catering as there is a supermarket just next door to the hotel The pool is really nice and peaceful The hotel is lovely and clean throughout Reception staff are friendly and helpful

Communication with the hotel prior to arriving was poor, I needed to know how to gain access to the property as we were arriving late at night, my messages via booking .com and emails direct to the property were unanswered. It was resolved in the end however. when I had to call booking.com customer services to intervene.

Everything you need is here! It’s a lovely location close to the beach with lovely cafes and restaurants. Shop next door stocks everything you need and car park is available.

Hard to find fault. A very small niggle was a lack of condiments in the kitchen such as salt, pepper and sugar, but really happy with everything else and they even supplied a box with washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cloths etc, so certainly made up for anything else.

Our room was on the 1st floor, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.There were towels and bathrobes/slippers provided for your stay. The rooftop pool was amazing, with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Pets are welcome. There is a local shop next door for supplies, a pizza place opposite which does great pizza also a bakery just down near the sea front which we went to for breakfast about 1 min walk away. The hotel is about 2 minutes from a pebbled beach. Along the seafront are quite a few bars and restaurants. Menton is a 3 min train ride away, or you can walk to it along the seafront which takes about 20 minutes, which is what we did. If you like Italian food, I would definitely recommend Massimos, which is just up past the train station. We would recommend a stay here and would come back to the hotel if visiting the area again.

Great location, very clean, nice to have Nespresso coffee machine - bring your own pods. Beds were very comfy including the sofa bed. reception area is clean & tidy and inviting. Good bakery and grocery store nearby, easy walk to the station.

the constant noise of the fan in the kitchen made it very hard to sleep in the living area on the sofa bed. I asked one person on reception about this and they said they would call someone, I didn't hear anything when I returned so was disappointed that the fan was still going. I asked a different reception person the next day and they said that the fans are always on and nothing can be done - I pointed out that in my friends apartment next door the fan didn't work at all.

Booked this hotel for a family holiday (2 +3 kids all under 12). It was fantastic. We were made feel very welcome the minute we checked in, everything was explained to us and staff very polite and helpful. Room was on the second floor, very spacious, large kitchen & dining & sitting area (with fold out bed), good second bedroom with two single beds and a large master bedroom (huge bed) and en-suite. Main WC and separate shower room as well. Bonus was the massive balcony with outdoor furniture for eating and relaxing. Kitchen has usual amenities, fridge, microwave, cooker etc. TV in both rooms. Used the balcony every single day for breakfast as the bakery was literally a stones throw away and one of the best ever. The big ticket item was the rooftop swimming pool which was absolutely fantastic. Heated and loads of loungers for relaxing in as well, a nice lower deck area contained the bigger pods for simply chilling in. And the views were amazing. As a family of 5 it was in the best location for sightseeing. A big plus is the 2 minute (yes...2 minute) walk to the beach. Although stoney, its simply great to just get into the sea. However the kids loved the pool more !. Less than a 10 minute walk to the train station (easy to find and clean / simple) and commute to Monaco was 2 stops (10 mins), Nice (30mins) Cannes (60mins) and Ventimigli ((italy) 20mins...so all in all loads to do and see. Overall I would rate the hotel 9/10 for familtys. Super clean and i mean super clean, great staff, wonderful location for kids and we will return. Loved every minute.

Nothing really, couldn't find any faults !

The apartment is very well equipped. Big Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels. The big balcony is nice. The seashore is close, train is 7 minutes walk. Menton is an easy 30 minutes walk away. The receptionists were helpful.

The rooms could have been warmer. 19.5-20.5 C. The unstoppable air ventillation in the kitchen/living room is loud and annoying. No room cleaning during a 5 night stay. I had to ask toulet paper from the receptionist.

Balcony was spacious with lovely mountain views. The king size bed was luxurious and the property looked brand new and very clean. The location was perfect, being steps from the grocery store, bakery, many restaurants, and the Med. The train was a 5 mins walk.

A/C didn’t work well and the pool hours weren’t great. Pool closed at 7pm.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. kitchen and furnishings to a high standard. very relaxed atmosphere.
