The hotel was superb. The staff are absolutely 1st class and cannot do enough for you. The 'Club' is brilliant with their free coffee and snacks and the Terrace is a lovely place to sit and unwind after a day in the City. I would highly recommend staying here. It's slightly outside the City but the RER bus and train station is literally next door and you can be in Paris in 15 min. Definitely would stay here or any of their other Hotels again. Also can't rate staff high enough, they were all lovely! Free WiFi is also excellent.

Location next to the metro and bus station with easy access to the Paris centre and Ruel Malmason city centre. Very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is offering free of charge afternoon tea or coffee as well as a small snack. Very clean hotel. A very satisfactory breakfast is offered by the hotel.

The room could be a bid more spacious. Also, there were not enough hangers for our shirts. Taxi drivers called by the hotel sometimes were overcharging.

Good location - right next to the train station to access the city quickly. Nice clean and comfortable rooms - usually rooms are very small in hotels in Paris, these rooms were much larger than the usual which was good to have the additional space. Great facilities too - complimentary snacks and coffee as well as a gym and steam room. it was perfect for what I needed during my stay.

My shower gel couldn’t be pumped out as it was running low and it was an plastic insert into the bottle. I was only staying for two nights so didn’t really need to speak to reception about it and I managed to get some out of the plastic tube, but things like this should be checked by the cleaners. Also, the weight of the door to the shower and toilet was very heavy and had no handle - a cool design but not very functional. For a smaller lady such as myself it was tough to pull the door open to the toilet and shower.

This place is amazing. Its a great price, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is delicious. The room is very clean and modern. My mom and I stayed here while visiting Paris and it was perfectly located next to the train (a 5 minute walk). The best part of this hotel is the 24 hour lounge with a lovely terrace where they always have free snacks- and AMAZING coffee. The lounge was our favorite late night hangout spot after a long day of sightseeing. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Perfect budget friendly spot that is clean, good service and great amenities.

The hallways need some updating, but it looks like they’re already in the middle of upgrades.

OKKO hotel was really great for our 3 day stay in Paris. It's situated next door to RER station so you can reach city centre in 30 min, but there is no traffic heard in the room. Staff is very attentive, we arrived very late around 1am and there was no issue with such a late check in. What gives extra value for money in this hotel is club area with a terrace where you can help yourself with great coffee, tea, water and different cookies all day long. Also, it is very comfy area to read, work or hang out. In the late afternoon there is also aperitivo snack served, very nice touch. In room there was Nespresso machine with 4 capsules and 0.5l water waiting for us. Room is maybe a bit on the small side, but very clean, practical and nice. Breakfest - also very nice, a bit of everything served incl few non-gluten and lactofree options. Hotel is situated in quite area so not many restaurants around, we went for dinner in a pub around the corner and it was ok. OKKO hotel is definetly to recommend!

The design is good, but unfortunately in some places this is to the detriment of practical use. We had wonderful French breakfast (croissant, coffee, juice) every morning at the Boulangerie Patisserie Roulleaux, a 2-minute walk from the hotel, next to the train station. Very comfortable bed.Fast check in and - out. Free coffee, snacks and fruits are very attentive from the hotel during the day. Overall, we felt good about the hotel during the 3 nights, but we basically just went there to sleep.

Great location for visiting Paris, direct RER connection in less than 20 minutes. Escape the busy center of Paris in the evening and have dinner in the lovely small city center of Rueil Malmaison (15 minutes walk). Easy parking directly near the hotel. Wonderful and attentive staff. Would definitely come back here when visiting Paris.

Room Needs a closet A slipper should be provided because the floor was too cold. The hotel is a bit far from Paris. it needs around 30 minutes. But still OK !
