It might not be the most charming hotel from the outside, inside its absolutely wonderful! The staff is super friendly, there’s a nice and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet (including gluten-free options) is wonderful too! The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Our kids ended up being super sad that we were only staying for one night :-)

Technical problems while booking at the reception via booking.com Tried 2 times, each times was asked to provide card details for payment, which I did, however got the message it couldn't be booked😔tried 3rd time with the option pay at the property which meant that at the checkout I had to pay for the stay although I was already charged by booking.com twice for the stay! Was told that I need to contact booking.com to clarify and get the refund , which I did, still awaiting their response and money back....therefore disappointed ☹️ but the room/ hotel itself is very pleasant to stay in.

Location is great for travellers through France since it's two minutes off the motorway, but not at all noisy. Breakfast is excellent. Bar food in the evening is indifferent to poor. (If you want better than a dried out burger you need to head into town - but that's only 5 mins) Extremely welcoming of pets. The grounds are extensive and grassy bordered by woodland with pathways - so it's just great for post-driving dog zoomies Very friendly staff. Design of hotel is totally kid-friendly. Pool situated by the bar - so parents can keep an eye on things. A nice touch is a fizzy water dispenser in the hall way - much better than having to pay for bottled water!

Apart from the evening food there is nothing that isn't great.

the beer wine and food at the restaurant are beyond exceptional. Example: Childrens menu for a four year old was around 10Euro with three courses and a drink. it was the size and quality of the food that impressed us. one thing the French know well is how to do food properly. i had the Steak tartar and a Belgium beer. Was awesome. Rooms were great also. Plus there are multiple EV charge points across the road using chargemap card

The location just being off the motorway

The bed was very comfortable but the person on the right hand side had to crawl across because it was against the wall nowhere to put My glasses my iPhone and my watch only if I was on the other side of the bed poor selection of TV channels no British channels at all most hotels now have a good selection of channels the one zero very very poor

A nice little hotel about half a mile from the motorway.Nice room good breakfast & restaurant for evening meals.The outdoor pool was a welcome plus on a hot day.Safe parking on site.

Everything was as described & just fine for an overnight stay.

Room was really clan and spacious, the bed was very comfy and we had an excellent nights sleep after a long drive from Italy. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice and there was the option to eat outside if wanted.

We felt we were ingnored when we went for the evening meal as we were the first to sit at 7pm then the dining room filled up but we were the last to be served!

Right next to the highway and good position for traveling through, but also in a wooded setting with a pool and gardens, and large parking lot. The rooms, carpets and pool enclosure could get a facelift as the entrance area and restaurant had and there is no elevator to the second floor, but comfortable bed, two good pillows with different heights to choose from, good shower, minibar, safe, big sink and separate WC. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was open until 21:30. The breakfast buffet was good, but a bit pricey. By far not a Novohotel experience like the fabulous one in Bucharest but good value for the price.

No elevator to second floor. Pool enclosure fence is an eyesore.

Staff were great, ample parking

No coffee in the room.. apparently the owner / manager does not like coffee. Really, lucky the reception had some but have to say I find it odd just to supply tea. Thus my rating. Also under the bed was a half used bottle of coke that makes me question the cleaning.

Location, room, facilities, staff and location were perfect.

Evening meal in the restaurant was not brilliant, the Maison House burger was dry and tasteless. The main salad was basic and very poor. Breakfast was excellent.
