Fab hotel, immaculate, quirky, superb restaurants, on slope. It has a Unique entrance through a long tunnel after you’ve parked car. It would help if the directions advised the entrance is within the car park. Difficult to locate initially. Rooms are a little tired, however more than made up with service, happy staff .. etc. when we arrived we got upgraded to a suite without asking. Also on our last night received free drinks at bar. Worthy of mention is the ski service which is under hotel. Boots and skis booked .. help to put on your boots and take off after a tiring day skiing is just perfect. Plus skis already waiting outside for you on slope. This service is second to none. After our holiday, we felt relaxed rejuvenated and that’s what hols are all about. We will be back.

The hotel has direct access to the piste. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we had a fantastic holiday.

The staff is always amazing! Friendly and welcoming and they try their best to assist me in the most convenient way. Actually, this is my second stay at Courcheniege and the service is nothing but spectacular. The location is perfect since it is located on the slope and the Ski Set shop at the hotel is one of the best I have ever tried and is right on the slope which made my life easier.

if I had to point someting out, it would be that it’s a bit far away from the centre of the village (25 min walk). However, the hotel offers transport free of charge.

Beautiful location and staff were excellent. They even help to put your ski boots on that they bring to you each morning. Skis were also laid out on the piste ready to go each morning. Great food and lovely Bar to relax in after a busy day skiing.

Nothing, Hotel is a little dated but this added to the atmosphere.

Ski in and ski out, on the check out date offered the option to continue skiing and use guest room to change dress after ski, friendly team, and the shuttle bus to the city

Access to the hotel gate was a bit confusing, restaurant was understaffed during breakfast, and dinner menu can be more diversified (at one night offered three main courses of the same cuisine).

Location of property stunning, room was spacious for family with 2 teenagers and staff were excellent

The food was average for the price of hotel and evening menu was limited for teenagers. You needed to take shuttle to get little town. Easier if walking distance.

love the location been many times before and it really is so conveniently located for skiing.The hotel is under new ownership since our last visit and we were very pleased that it has retained its character whilst being upgraded and very well run, and staff were exceptional. The ski shop is the best ever visited anywhere, so helpful with friendly and very knowledgeable service.

wine list is quite expensive ( this is Courchevel! ) but a few entry level choices say some house wines would be welcome
