Super clean and smells great throughout - clean bathroom, clean room, clean linen, toilet itself needed some domestos to clean some old stains but that’s it. The reception area and dining areas were clean and inviting. The location is perfect for the Stade der France stadium - walking distance to the stadium - 2kms / Metro 13 station is a 2 min walk and 1 stop away from the stadium - it’s amazing. Receptionist as amazing and helped us with earlier check in and a parking spot underground. Best hotel in Saint Denis

Nothing negative at all for my stay there - no complaints was just a one night stay and everything was fine excellent and to my satisfaction - even a comp bottle of water in the room - great if you travel often and know that every hotel offers this

Good Marriot quality, clean, has restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch and dinner of good quality. Very kind staff.

it's quite far from tourist attractions in Paris. takes almost 1 hour to the Eiffel Tower, or Notre Dame in week day traffic and taxis charge quite a bit. The surroundings of the hotel, although safe, are not tourist oriented, think of an industrial park. if a jogger, do so only 1-2 blocks around or you'll find an ugly area before getting to the nicer Paris. However, if wanting good accommodations for fair price or using points, this hotel is it. (don't forget the taxi expense back an forth)

Rooms were as expected and to Courtyard standard. It was a good experience with extremely cooperative staff. We dint take breakfast so cannot comment on that. It is good value for money.

I think the communication is something that hotel can work on. I sent multiple mails and messages to add my vat number or any such details, never got any response whatsoever.

Lovely clean hotel and the rooms were bigger than most in Paris. The facilities were good and all the staff we met were very helpful and nice. The night staff were exceptionally helpful and served us drink after the concert.

The location isn't that good .We were there for a concert at Stade de France which we walked to ,however the surrounding area was a bit dodgy late at night.

Big rooms (especially for Paris, although not sure you can call Saint Denis Paris?) and convenient if travelling with a family (we had connecting rooms, one with double bed and one with two singles). Quiet and comfortable rooms with tea and coffee facilities and iron/ironing board. Close to the metro so easy to get into the centre of Paris (around 30 mins). Our stay was for the UCL final at the Stade de France (25 minutes walk) and in each room we were offered complimentary beers and a commemorative mug for the occasion. A very nice touch.

Perfectly placed for Stade de France, close to metro etc. Great breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful even despite the confusion over combining our two nights bookings. Rooms are excellent and perfectly clean.

No bar open on Sunday night and no shops in the vicinity.

Very convenient location for Stade de France match. Metro just around the corner and Stade de France within 30 min walk. Very comfortable room and good atmosphere in the hotel bar after the match!

Area itself is very quiet and would be hesitant to walk around alone.

We love the beds, the king and the queen rooms were larger than expected. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was super, the Reception staff were always available and willing to attend the guests with a smile, the cleanliness exceeded our expectation. Wow!!! I will definitely stay here again and again.

the only thing we didn't like was the fact that there was no Air conditioner in our family connecting rooms. The rooms were too hot for us, the staff were kind enough to change our room the first night but we still experienced the same problem in the new room the following day. They were willing to keep changing our room as long as we were not comfortable, but we opted to leave our windows open during the day and that helped the situation. Apart from that everything was good.

Perfect location for us. Rooms are a good size, well equipped and spotless. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The bar was closed on Sunday evening, there's no shop close by so we weren't able to buy a bottle of wine to take to our room even.

Good standard size room , with good options to eat close to the hotel and friendly staff. Hotel is close to metro station and Bus Stop which is good.

I found a couple of bugs, hotel should do regular pest control.
