Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the center of town.

Perfect location directly in the main area of the town, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Ski telecabine was 10 minute walk max. Rooms were lovely and spacious, we had junior suite, the beds were extremely comfortable and the views amazing. Breakfast was lovely with a nice selection of breads, cheeses, meats, eggs, yoghurt etc. Owner and staff were really welcoming and helpful especially with recommendations for restaurants and booking a taxi to catch our transfer home. All in all wonderful stay, would highly recommend and will be revisiting in the future!

Nothing, the stay was perfect.

This is a charming hotel. The host was so kind and genial. I didn’t even know that it has a little bar and everything. A cozy sitting room. We stayed part of an extra day as my husband fell ill for a bit. Fortunately our host could accommodate us for another day, it is convenient to the town and the Tramway. Eat at La Galeta, too!

I have no complaints. My husband got sick, but you can’t blame the hotel for that!

Beautiful house full of character (photo). Free parking nearby in the village. Good continental breakfast. Lovely, compact, clean, well-equipped room with a small balcony and astonishing views. Really comfortable large bed with silky-smooth, top-quality cotton sheets. Good shower. Surrounding village with several superb cafés, boutiques and restaurants - even a Michelin-starred one! Our host Sébastien gave us a whole little booklet with all the restaurants and marked those he recommended especially. Haven't eaten so well in ages! Big colourful Friday morning market (photos). Delicious local blueberry beer for a night cap in the hotel's own little bar. Lovely trip up the mountains on the little Mont Blanc train/tram (photos) The most wonderful and amiable host you could wish for. Thank you, Sébastien! I'm sure we'll meet again!

It was absolutely no problem for us, but it is worth mentioning that there are several sets of stairs to climb to the upper floors of the hotel (no lift).

Amazing place to stay in the center of St. Gervais! the hotel is in the middle of the village and a walking distance (1-5min) from the best bars and restaurants in the village. the room was spacious and super tidy and clean, with a great view of the Alps and the Mont blanc Mountain. The staff was so nice, and helped me a lot especially with being flexible with the dates and offering a half day (last minute call) to stay awaiting the bus time. the internet is fast and the breakfast was great! To mention that Francoise the masseuse at the hotel is a lovely extremely professional lady who provided me with a sport massage dedicated to the Mont blanc assent, and i can say that it paid of well!

Great location very close to the centre of the town. It was a picturesque building and a pleasant stay.

The access for drop-off/pick up wasn't very good and we felt as thoguh we were encraoching on the neighbour when we dropped. The car park is a short distance and the host said the carparking was free but the car park seemed to suggest otherwise. We took a chance and didn't get a ticket but...

Amazing stay, the receptionist was super welcoming and helpful, and most importantly he was flexible with the check in and check out. the hotel is in the middle of the village, and 1-2min away from all bars restaurants and market. the room had w great view on the chamonix mountains. Don't forget to try the massage at the hotel! it was great and

I loved the familial atmosphere and authentic look of the hotel. The room was spotless clean, and the owners were very welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located and it's easy to get to the ski lift from there!

The ratio price-value for money could be a little better. The rooms are quite small and compact, and we would have loved it if the hotel had a small sauna, for example. Maybe next time :)

traditional small local family run hotel, extremely friendly hosts, and the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in a while. Sebastien and his parents welcomed us and we’re on hand to book taxi’s give advice on restaurants etc.

The bath water could have been hotter

Fantastic location right in the heart of Saint Gervais, gorgeous room, and Sébastien was extremely friendly and helped us out before our arrival with travel advice and then when we arrived with local recommendations. He also made us feel so welcome and at home in the beautiful hotel.
