The location was just perfect right on the harbour. Parking was great. The breakfast team of two guys were professional and very helpful. Lovely quiet hotel with a superb inner garden courtyard.

We had some issues with room cleaning and replenishment of the mini fridge but this was rectified immediately. Website also advertised a cocktail bar but please note this doesn’t exist. The pool is at a neighbouring sister hotel but only 5 mins away and equally as good.

From the moment we arrived to our departure, the staff was extremely warm and friendly. The hotel is perfectly located on the harbor and we had a splendid view of the harbor from our windows. The room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, including the terrific mattress for a good night's sleep. It had a nice sitting area for reading and watching the news. The bathroom was large and supplied with Chopard amenities. The adjacent restaurant George's serves a very nice breakfast and a wonderful dinner.

I missed having a tea and coffee maker in the room

The staff were charming helpful and polite. The views from the bedroom were beautiful and the bedroom large and well decorated with a very comfortable bed with soft pillows as I had asked for.

Breakfast is expensive if not included in the room rate but it was excellent .

Location on waterfront. Pleasant staff. Inner courtyard garden lovely. Very quiet. Decor very traditional. Valet parking available.

Booked a room with direct access to garden but given a room up 2 flights of stairs (moved to room up 1 flight of stairs when we complained). A number of rooms are not accessible by lift. No buffet breakfast. Not as polished a hotel as we expected for the price.

The hotel was excellent and clearly warranted its 5* rating. It was perfectly positioned on the harbour front, close to shops and restaurants - spoilt for choice - and to the free island bus service.

Location was excellent. Reception staff were excellent; as soon as we walked in we were made to feel special and welcome.

Room facilities. Toilet was on same floor as bedroom but without a wash hand basin so had to go up flight of 14 stairs to wash our hands. Bathroom being up a flight of stairs was a little uncomfortable.

we didn't take breakfast - we intermittant fast everyday. Also 35 euros for breakfast if you only want continental is steep. They parked our car and delivered it back when we wanted - always with a smile.

I am not sure about no doors only curtains in a bathroom. It was a large room and a proper bathroom would have been better. Service in the restaurant was slow 2 hours for wait for main course! However, the dealt with the error professionally.

What a wonderful place. Perfect location, charming decor, beautiful garden, immensely friendly and helpful staff. It really is a perfect place and I could not recommend highly enough, It ranks with places like the Shard London and Four Seasons Hong Kong as one of my favorites of all time.

Superb location overlooking the harbour. Fantastic room. Exquisite interior design and superb service.

Nothing to dislike, only slight disappointment was that the restaurant wasn't open due to staff illness.

Great hotel! Very comfortable room with nice touches like a welcome demi bottle of wine and fruit. Staff was attentive and really nice! Great terrace to watch the sunset and I had dinner afterward. Food was good. I loved this hotel !

I prefer to have an espresso machine in the room but they brought coffee to me very quickly via room service.
