Room was very small. No space to move around. Room very stuffy and bathroom and shower area extremely small.

More or less what we expected. Location suited us because it was close to the motorway, otherwise not so attractive. Staff was helpful.

Closed gate, we did not get a code after the reservation was confirmed, so we had to call the hotel; but then the attendant opened the gate for us. Some bathrooms smelled of mold and the "nonsmoking" rooms smelled of cigarettes but otherwise the rooms were clean.

The only good thing I have to say is that the receptionists were both lovely and tried their best to communicate with me and my partner, even though they didn’t speak much English. They treated us nicely and gave us nice recommendations in the city for us to check out during our stay.

The location was in an industrial state, with the nearest train station being 15 to 20 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel was nothing like I expected. I think that if you were going for a quick trip just staying for one night and if it was autumn or winter, it would’ve been a good stay. However, me and my partner went during the summer, specially during a heatwave. There was no breakfast included, no air conditioning, and the facilities were dirty (during the night, when going out to the entrance for a cigarette with my partner, we saw several cockroaches in the reception area). The room that we had was on the ground floor, it was dirty and full of bugs, and the air condition was horrible as it was extremely hot. There was only one towel, which is typically used to be put on the floor for after your shower, and no other towels for us to use. I cannot say I recommend if you’re going for a long, enjoyable trip. Needless to say that we left the next day and booked another hotel for the rest of the week that we were staying in Lyon.

This was disgusting service. We arrived late and chek in was terrible. They gave us key of room and we couldn’t open a room. I had to search receptionist in the hotel and when I found him, he also couldn’t open room. After he tried two more rooms but it was same situation. At the end he brake the door and let us in. The door was broken so we couldn’t go out because if we do that, we can not get in anymore. Check in lasted more that one hour and we was very tired. The room was dirty, the sunblind was broken so we couldn’t sleep well because of the sunrise, the table was stuck so we couldn’t use it. In the towels we found someone’s hair, it was disgusting, we couldn’t make shower there is no shampoo. I wrote all of this to hotel and wanted money return and they didn’t answer more than a month. You should not ever come here!

The accommodation was passed it useful life. the smell and cleanliness of the hotel were below poor. People smoking inside the building, toilets that would not flush (communal) and carpets that were simply filthy. Booking.com should not be listing this property at all.
